We had a great experience working with Karen at Boca Kitchen and Bath. Karen transformed a 1980s U shaped kitchen into a sleek, modern, pleasure to cook in space! The project was on budget and on time.
The project had the potential to go off the rails -- but never even got close -- given the project required the team to trench the floor to move plumbing, match 35 year old marble floor tile, and coordinate several permit inspections. Karen was always responsive and the team members (plumbing, electrical, drywall. tile, cabinetry) were all proficient at their jobs, careful and courteous. We recommend Boca Kitchen and Bath for your next project!
From the onset, I met Karen, my soon to be internal designer. We hit it off right away and I would recommend anyone looking at Boca Kitchens and Bath to meet with Karen prior to beginning the process. She's a seasoned veteran who knows where to start, how to plan along the way and of course when to finish like a concert pianist. The process began this summer when Karen and I met with many different sub-contractors to pick out materials as well as other replacement bathroom furniture and fixtures. There's no doubt in my mind that it's part of a process that needs to be trusted. At times, I didn't know why we were doing things in this order or in this timeline however Karen was right in that all I had to do was trust her and she would handle the rest. Which is what I did and it's all coming out beautifully and most importantly exactly how Karen and I wanted it and how she described. I'm not one of those individuals who can see construction while it's happening but rather when it's being completed it all comes together in my mind. Karen is excellent in seeing the final result before she get there. This honestly feels like an option to discard some of the old while bringing in some of the new.
Our designer, Karen, and the team at Boca Kitchen and Baths took our small, dark, and dated kitchen to an open and bright contemporary delight. Work did not begin until everything was in stock and ready to be installed. Work was continuous once it began. Karen was friendy, professional and easy to work with. All the contractors were professional, polite and cleaned up daily. Loving my new kitchen!
The worst. Don’t hire them unless you want to be overcharged and have a horrible job completed that was rushed with numerous errors. Nothing but headache :(
I went there with my mother because we want to have our bathroom remolded. First off, the saleswoman took about 15 minutes just to acknowledge us. When she finally did acknowledge us, she was extremely rude and she seemed annoyed. When I explained that we wanted to Fully Remodel our master bathroom, she gave us an outrageous quote without us even picking out tiling. Just to give you an idea as to how we were treated, if you ever saw the movie "Pretty Woman, " that's exactly how she treated us!!! She gave me a quote of $32k. Seriously??? When she asked me where I was located and I told her it was Century Village, which isn't a huge bathroom, again, with an attitude, she blurted out $32k and up, I told her that she was out of her mind. She was Rude, Nasty, Annoyed and she shouldn't be working there at all. I have gotten 3 other quotes before going there and she / the store quoted me double the price. If I was the owner or Manager of the Store, I'd Fire her in a minute for the way she treated myself and my mother. My advice to others is, Stay Away From This Place .
