Bought a truck with high miles.was in an accident t and I didn't have any info for my repairs at the body shop so I was allowed to skip payment until determination was made
Then they got their check and I got mine. Looking to go back this week for my 5th car from them.

horrible service.. if I could give no star that would be even better my husband and I went there today to look at a vehicle and we were told we were not considered locals cause we moved here in July (for a permanent move).. he said we had to have roots here!!! his website states that down payment of 1000$ and in person he told us down payments were minimum of 2500$ he is ridiculous and a joke very disrespectful me and my husband have two daughters and moved to pensacola for a fresh start and for my husband's buisness.. we thought the people here were nice but we were wrong when it came to this guy first step in having a business is customer service,, which he lacks.

Terrible experience. Got a suv from these guys and got in a serious car wreck a few months after. When I was questioned I was treated like a child and disrespected beyond belief. Their staff are unskilled childish cheapskates only worried about money. Do your self a favor and steer clear of this circus they call a car lot.

Have bought from them a few times and they were very helpful I have no complaints. They stand by there word . Will be buying from the again in near future .
