  I have been going to Bob Jones for years. A very large selecting of shoes. Service is top notch. Ask for John if you go there.

  Love, Bob Jones I find shoes that are comfortable and look really good. I'm hard to fit with high arches and narrow feet. My kids are all hard to fit for other reasons and we all find shoes here, even my son who wears a 12 1/2 AA! They have a card that you get stamped with each pair of shoes you buy and after 10 pair you get a $50 gift certificate!

  Walked in and the clerk standing in front of the store looked me in my face, but did not greet me - not even a smile. While the people behind the counter spoke, I received the same look-me-in-my-face-but-remain-silent non-greeting from the 3 (!) clerks in the men's section. That was a HORRIBLE customer experience. I'll stick to spending my money with people that value my presence.

  Lots and lots and lots of shoes for men. The woman's dept had a small amount of shoes compared to men's. I didn't see any size 12 and up for is ladies that have a big foot. The largest I seen was 11. I was bummed because there were numerous cute shoes that I would have bought.

  I had a pair of sandals that had a broken latch after less than two months. They exchanged them no questions asked! The staff was friendly and very cooperative!

  My guess is that this place a problem with theft. My fiancé and I stopped by to look for a few pairs of dress shoes for him. We were in the store for a good two minutes before one of their many "salesmen" started to follow us around. He was never more than a few feet away and even asked to take the shoes we were purchasing up to the register. This made me very uncomfortable--enough for me to tell my fiancé "let's just go." We won't be back.

  Good selection and fair prices. Probably the only place to go for shoes if you're limited to shopping downtown. Salesmen are knowledgeable and helpful.

  Whenever i am in K.C., i visit Bob Jones Shoes! It is almost perfect! So many shoes, boots, purses, soxmajor brands at a wonderful discount. Plus, you get to try on the shoes, unlike ordering online. The staff is helpful if you need help. Generally, you peruse the isles, find shoes that appeal, find the stockings to try on the shoes. Stools, & sofas are available throughout the store for trying on your choices..plenty of mirrors, also. There are also incredible sales! This is probably my favorite shoe store! Wish i lived in K.C.
