We recently purchased a used vehicle from Bob Ferrando Ford Lincoln in Girard. The staff there was very friendly and did everything within their power to make the process go smoothly. I also appreciated the fact that our salesman (Mr. Terry Delfft) made it a very low stress process from start to finish. I have only had the car for a week and have driven it very little so I can't really rate the performance of the car but I am very confident that if an issue comes up Ferrando Ford will take care of it to my satisfaction. If the vehicle performs like the Ferrando staff I will be very happy.
