Go to any Dodge dealer BUT these guys. The sales people here are slimy and will do everything against your best interest. I tried to buy out my lease here, and they talked to me like I was an idiot. Then they told me the quote I received from Dick Huvaeres Dodge in Richmond was wrong. Needless to say, I went back to Richmond and dealt with helpful and professional staff who saved me $2,000 to buy my truck.

I went in to get a fob made for my 2010 Dodge ram and the tech at the counter told me my truck is a work truck and has no such thing but my truck is a SLT.. parkway Dodge helped me out more than these peoplemy question is how is a truck with chrome trim. Uconnect package and 4 doors a work truck? I work in tree removal and most work trucks we have have no chrome nothing but cheap plastic but this dumb ass mistakes a SLT for a work truck.. hilarious

Leased A new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica touring L my salesman Darren Sherman was very patient with me and when I told him what I wanted and what I could afford he worked with me. my car was delivered yesterday and Darren was very thorough in explaining all the new things that I had on my vehicle. I am very pleased and would do another lease with them.

Very, very poor service experience every time. We should not have bought a Chrysler product in the first place but poor service at this dealership just compounds the multiple recalls and other malfunctioning items and equipment on a vehicle that is less than 2 years old.

I would drive any distance to another dealer or service shop to avoid Blue Water Chrysler. If the vehicle was not under warranty, I would not be using them.

If Google would let me give them zero stars in this rating I would. However, they lucked out with the one star my review provides them with because of Google.
