Get here early for your 8pm show if you want a table. Arrived at doors (6pm) and had the an amazing seat. Although some seat were reserved, ticket master did not offer any reserved seating It may have been sold out. The show acoustics were fantastic, I have spent many drunken nights across the street and did not know this gem existed. I grabbed a burger which was fantastic and a couple of drinks. I the drinks are a bit pricey but it's a club so it's not the place to try and tie one on. Our server was also amazing I was so caught up in the atmosphere I forgot to get their name. Overall a great experience, regardless of musical preference definitely stop by the blue note. Shout out to Jose James for a killer show

One of my favorite venues in the NYC area. This place is absolutely legendary. The food and cocktails are pretty expensive. Portions are kind of small but the cocktails are really good. The service isn’t always the greatest but the atmosphere in the venue and event selection is always worth the time and money to go there.

You will not see live music like
This anywhere else. This is a very special venue that I have a lot of good memories in.

The Blue Note is iconic. Expect to see some great jazz performances while here. It's small enough for an intimate feel but large and well know enough to attract some big names. The down side is that the spot is pretty touristy, which come though in the serve. Get there early to stand in line to ensure a good seat, but expect a wait past the door opening time. Also, it's nice to sip on a drink or get a bit a food while listening to the performances, but don't go here for the food or drinks.

This is the Blue Note. What can you say? It’s the Blue Note! Legends play here weekly as well as amazing new talent that can be jaw dropping. The seating is tight and there can be some blind spots, get there early and get a good view. Order a cocktail and some apps. Don’t eat during the show, respect the musicians.
A lot of tourists have been guilty of loudly talking during the set. Give them the evil eye and hopefully they get what they’re doing wrong and stop. If you are a tourist visiting our beautiful city, relax and enjoy the show. LISTEN! This is art. Save your conversations until after the show. You paid to listen and so did a room full of other people. Please be respectful to the other patrons and to the musicians. Or I’ll give you the evil eye or throw an onion ring if you don’t shut up. Don’t waste the apps!

It is a great intimate venue with such a rich history of past performers. I recommend standing on line early so you can pick your seating. The seats are fairly tight so you will have an opportunity to make friends very easily. Up to eight people per table. The food is not bad. All in all, an enjoyable experience of great live music!
