  Great Billiard spot. A lot of parking. Food was good. We got the wings and French fries. Jukebox has all the hits. I like that they have a smoking outside area 🙌👏👏

  If could leave 0 stars I would. We took our nephew to pool for his first time just to show him a good experience because that’s what he wanted to do. We had Sam had as our server and let me tell you I’ve never had such a horrible experience like this in my life! She was extremely rude. We had just ate so we were only going to play a few games of pool for our nephew. Since we didn’t order anything it seemed to really aggravate Sam. she decided to give us attitude when she asked us if we wanted anything and we just asked for water so he could take his medication. She just sighed and rolled her eyes and then disregarded the water and decided to go on her phone in and the back the whole time and then serve the tables next to ours but not us. I’ve never felt so unwanted and disrespected in a place. I don’t want to blame the pool hall because the front desk person was extremely kind. However I left with a bad taste because of Sam and her attitude an just lack of professionalism. Also seeing my nephew cry because he felt she didn’t want him there just made us feel even worse.

  Been coming to this establishment since 2006. Their management is garbage!!! I came with a group of people, always spend a decent amount of money every time and the “supposedly” have a new rule. That on weekends they don’t allow anyone under 21 without a parent. Person that was with us is my nephew who’s 19. Didn’t know that a minor was someone under 21. We weren’t going to consuming alcohol. I honestly would never come back to this place. They charge a fair amount and haven’t upgraded since the Stone Age. They need to shutdown!!!!! Garbage place and the personnel is not educated! They are in dire need of some customer service training.

  New Wave Billiards will forever hold a very special place in my heart. New wave has been around for as long as I can remember and it is ALWAYS a good time. There are plenty (20 plus) pool tables, the staff members are all generally pretty nice, prepandemic when they had table service the servers were great, and the prices are reasonable. Another thing I like is the fact that they keep their pool tables well lit, clean and the felt was recently redone for most of the tables. Whenever I am in the mood to play pool, this is my go to spot and has been for eons. I HIGHLY recommend this place over any other billiards place in Miami.
