The food was way over priced for what you got and lacked flavor. It took for ever to get our food. However, the environment was pleasing with someone playing live music.
The fried chicken was super salty and the collard greens were sweet and not good. The dark gravy that came with it did go with the plate.
The Mahi Mahi was rubbery and had no taste. The starter bread with the olive oil did not mix well and I expected the bread to be sweet as it was more cake like.
The kids did enjoy their pasta and my youngest son enjoyed the grill cheese and sliced fruit; but it was not worth $7.
Even using a group-on (as we tried to use with new restaurants), our bill was still $100. I will not be going back.response / report this review -

Very good variety on menu. Different dishes from your typical restaurant. Staff here friendly yet very professional. Excellent atmosphere. My favorite restaurant in W-S.

She Crab Soup had a couple of decent chunks of crab and while the soup had a lovely texture, it DID NOT HAVE FLAVOR.
The menu said that lunch entrees come with mashed potatoes and veggies, yet when my food came out it was Risotto.
Risotto was cooked PERFECT, and the scallops as well. The dish is topped with a truffle vinaigrette. We all know you only need to use a little of concentrated oils as they are so rich is flavor. However this oil didn't resemble truffle oil AT ALL. It tasted like an EXTREME SOY SAUCE.
The sauce OVERPOWERED THE DISH COMPLETELY.
I expressed to the server and to the head host yet neither of them offered a solution.response / report this review -

Bleu is a nicely decorated place with friendly and helpful staff. The food is okay and moderately priced. Neither of our meals, however, would make us want to go back anytime soon. I was particularly displeased that a serving of fresh melons and pineapple was on the same plate as my entree. It had not been drained and the juice got all over the other food. Yuck.

Had Sunday brunch at belews. It was amazing. Egg white veggie omelette was delicious. Also love to go there for half price appetizers and drinks for happy hour.

Nice looking place with brilliant service staffed by extraordinary nice people. We were treated graciously and with exuberance. All the little things and big were done right.
The food unfortunately was a let down. My fired catfish was limp, oily, and under seasoned. Fries seem standard food service.
My wife's mashed potatoes were not seasoned and her pasta salad was warm or at best room temperature. She said the meatloaf seemed aged, but I had a bite and liked it - perfered it to my fish.
The collard greens and the special blend tartar sauce were excellent.response / report this review -

We've gone to Bleu a few times but the last time we went we had an amazing experience so I wanted to share. We came in for dinner around 8pm on a Friday and sat at a booth in the bar. There was live music and it was so good! The service we had was above and beyond. Sam, the manager, sincerely did everything he could to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything. I ordered the blackened catfish and my boyfriend got the pimento cheese burger. Both dishes were amazing! We also had drinks. Everything was extremely delicious and reasonably priced. We highly recommend!

I ate here as part of an event, so the menu may have been different than if you were just dining with a small group. I got a steak which was very delicious. They served creme brulee for dessert that was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very fun evening. I would try it again if I am back in the area.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the food is phenomenal. Every day from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. appetizers are half-price. Highly recommend the fried calamari shrimp and crab cakes and cheese grits but everything on the menu is excellent - five stars to this spectacular restaurant!

Food was good and pricing is higher than a standard restaurant but not outrageous. Modest beer prices and a large wine selection. Not much for atmosphere though

Bleu Restaurant & Bar is one of my favorite places to eat and meet up with friends. The staff there is impeccable! They are always friendly, professional and accommodating. The manager is really awesome. I always feel welcome when I stop by. I apprecate their presence in the community.

I took 2 of my girlfriends out for their birthdays today for lunch. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed one of their bottles of wine, a white zinfandel. One of my friends ordered the pasta Alfredo and my other friend and I ordered the lemon butter salmon. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch there and we will definitely be returning as well as spreading the word about this lovely little restaurant.

This is a nice restaurant with an emphasis on seafood. It feels a little bit upscale, but not to the point where dressing in jeans would make you stand out. All of the dishes we've tried have been really good. Each one has a slight twist that makes it unique. It seems like ordering almost anything on the menu is a safe bet.
