Good diner- like atmosphere. Food was delicious. I got chocolate chip pancakes that were huge and amazing. Bf got a burger that was cooked to perfection.

A little bit dated but decent small restaurant food and good ice cream. One scoop means one scoop.

The food used to be good, the last few times I've eaten in here, it just wasn't. The 2 stars are for the server, she was great

Had the honey, honey chicken wrap. It's chopped up chicken fingers, with lettuce, onion, and honey mustard. Got a side of fries with it. Fries were nice and crispy. The wrap was good, but not great. Comparing it with Red Arrows ranch wrap, Red Arrow's is much better. The chicken fingers lacked flavor when compared. Waitress was very nice and friendly. Review could be changed, as I will be back.

Food and service was great!! Only 4 stars due to having a**holes with their phones ringing and playing music, sitting next us.

We've been to Blake's many times. It's a quiet place, but it does get a little busy around lunchtime. We've never had to wait for a table. Usually the food is prompt, but on our last visit it took a very long time to come out. The food is always good and the servers are very nice.

Awful. Normally my family and I love this place however this time around seemed to take forever considering there were multiple servers and only 4 tables total. 2 of which already had their food. It started off fine until after we ordered. I happened to look at the time when we ordered and thought nothing of it until 45 minutes later when we still didn't have our food. We never complain because we understand and we've all worked in restaurants before. However our server was nowhere to be found almost the whole time. We asked to speak to the manager who had been walking around and he came over. Don was his name. At first he was nice and talked with us. It was very calm situation. I asked if he could give me the ticket to see what time the food was rung in at and he brought it over to me. Our order was not put in until over 10 minutes after we had told the waitress what we wanted. As a waitress I get it, sometimes you forget or something happens and you don't ring it in right away. When I said this to Don he got defensive right away and started going on about how they were switching over from breakfast to lunch, mind you it was after 1pm (which seems a little late to be switching over but maybe they had a later day and didn't have time to switch yet). He then said that the food is made from scratch and takes time to make. Again, I get it, but not 45 minutes. I told him that I understood that the waitress didn't ring it in right away but she should have said something, or should have said that it would take longer because they were switching over courses. Instead she didn't come over to us until we finally asked to talk to Don. He told us we didn't know what we were talking about and refused to give any compensation. He told us to go back to our restaurant and let him run his. When we said we wouldn't be coming back he said he was glad and hoped that we wouldn't. He even went as far to say that he wanted us to leave. I was appalled. The frustrating part is that we were all just talking and he took it way further than he needed to, no one was getting ugly or defensive about it except him. After talking to others about it, Don seems to do this with everyone, including his employees. He seems to take everything too far and does nothing about it anyways. From my experience, Don doesn't know how to handle being a manager. The sad part is, we still didn't have our food and he refused to take it off our bill. So we still had to wait after that and when the food arrived it was over cooked and cold. I've seen multiple reviews on different sites with people encountering the same situations with Don. Time for a new manager! You don't treat people that way. Don would be glad to hear this: I'm never coming back.

Blake's is a great place to go for a casual but to eat or ice cream. They have a good sized menu with many options, friendly service, and they make their own ice cream in town. It's usually quiet and pleasant inside.
