Went to an open house and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The manufactured homes were very beautiful and reasonably priced. Lots of customization options.

They also work with CNB Bank to help prospective buyers apply for a mortgage (of course you can choose any bank).

The homes were immaculate and well decorated. A lot of care and effort was used in setting them up. Very much appreciated.

Geat line of houses and great that you know up front pretty much what cost is approx. going to be. But get EVERYTHING in writing & make sure contract is signed and dated before you order.
You'll come to find that you'll be making countless phone calls hounding for minor things that turn to major all because no one will return your phone calls or follow up. Very poor service after the contract is signed and there is no turning back and they know they have your money.
