  The Birds of Paradise is a joy to behold. We had lots of questions that the staff was able to answer. There are so many beautiful birds to see at the store. We love our two zebra finches and in time, we'll go back for canaries or parrotlets.

  We've been here twice so far, & both times the staff were very friendly. The guy was so very patient in answering the MANY questions my daughter had. He took her around the shop to show her the kinds of supplies she would need for various sizes of birds.
  They are not pushy about anything.
  This is the go-to place for everything for your feathered babies.

  I'm a brand new parrot person..this store and the lovely folks there have been hugely helpful. Freckles diet was not the best and BP "hooked me up" with a mix that she loves! Her feathers look so much better. I feel like I've asked some pretty stupid questions and all have been answered with patience and good humorappreciate having a place like this..thank you!

  I love this establishment, it has the most amazing people that not only own but run their store very helpful with any and all questions and concerns you may have with your bird. They also sell the finest and freshest seed for your bird. They can actually tell you where it came from and how fresh it is. I am very pleased to say as a first time bird owner my bird is the healthiest it can be thanks to Nancy and all her friendly staff whom have helped me make sure I'm doing all I can to keep my new avain family member healthy and safe. Thank you Nancy and friends at Birds of paradise! I think of all of you as part of our family.

  Very helpful and knowledgeable. One of my favorite places to shop in Wichita. Nancy knows all about birds and their needs and on top of that she is a very nice person! I have done business with her for many years and she has always been nice.
