Seems relatively expensive for the treatment provided, but the staff is very helpful and kind. When I suffered a torn L5-S1 disk, I was recommended here by my dr for physical therapy. They were great at providing recommendations for exercises that I should be doing to help build strength in my lower back and more than willing to take the time necessary to work with me to make sure my form was correct.

When the first set of exercises they asked me to do didn't show much improvement for me, they switched my regiment instead of having me do more of the same and simply 'wait it out'. Willing to admit something isn't working if it's not, and that is a rarity in this field from what I can tell.

Don't go in expecting a quick fix. PT is a longer term solution that requires a personal investment. The investment did pay off for me in that while my pain isn't 'gone' it is definitely noticeably reduced.
