These are the BMW experts in Houston. Better work than the dealers without the dealer price. They're up front about the prices, the work to be done, and they get the work done in a timely manner. Like I said better than the dealers.

I was referred to Bimmer Workshop by another Tesla owner. I am so glad I came. Mr. Alan is the most down to earth, respectful, and honest person. His hospitality and introduction to his shop was warming. The best part was his honesty. Took my tesla in, and he even questioned that it was too early for service based on mileage. He did feel, that I wanted reassurance because of houston roads. Once he put the tesla on the alignment rack, he explained that the tesla was still in specs.

With a small fee for setting up the tesla on the rack, which i was okay with, this is one of the few shops I would recommend for you to bring your tesla for an alignment.

If you have a BMW, come here. You can't go wrong with honesty he displayed.

I stopped by a few weeks ago with an “issue” that my normal mechanic couldn’t figure out. I made an appointment, dropped it off and they called me before noon that same day. Diagnosed it, gave me the cost, and after approval fixed it promptly. It turned out to be relatively minor, and I was relieved. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After some bad experiences with some other BMW shops, these folks are my new “go-to.”
Five stars, for sure!
