Everyone I worked with at the service department was really nice and they got my car back to me in a short time when I was in there twice for a check engine light diagnostic. The only problem was that hey told me on my inspection report that my rear breaks were in good condition. Lo and behold, my rear breaks, only four weeks after the inspection, were completely shot and needed a break pad and a rotor replacement, not just a rotor turn. I'm just annoyed because they clearly didn't check my breaks when the inspection was done or they would've seen the wear on the pads. Then, I would've only needed to replace my break pads instead of the whole nine yards.

I would not go here if you are a woman under the age of 30. They act like you're clueless about mark up, trade in values, and warranties. Took over 2 hours to even talk numbers when I was a serious buyer with a check in my pocket. Then they offer me HALF of what their own NADA rough trade in value would be for my vehicle. Please don't fall for their tricks!

5 stars. I've always been a huge fan of my Kia's but had nothing but bad luck at dealerships in my hometown of Chicago. Been in iowa city a few years now and Austin in parts will keep me coming back. Is always straight forward with me and whenever I ask about an issue im having he seems to know exactly what I'm talking about off the top of his head. Enjoying my 09 but when ready to pull the trigger on a 2017 I will certainly be coming here.

I went to several dealers before I bought a car at KIA and I must say that most dealers (VW, Ford, GM) were nice and provided useful information. Toyota of Iowa City was the only one that was not very helpful and their sales people did not seem to care about their customers.
The difference between KIA and other dealers was that they provided useful information and they had excellent financing.
This is my first KIA, and so far it has been very good

I have been trying to find a car for a long time and I have always had horrible experience at dealerships until I met with Garry Khurana. He took the time to find out what we needed and what would work best for our family, he didn't rush or try to push anything on me and he was went in depth about every question I asked! He worked with me on prices and was very professional and kind. Even though I was not able to purchase the car that day he provided me with useful information and tools to help me get approved. I will be coming back to Kia to meet with him anytime I need a car, I recommend him to all my friends!

This is my fourth vehicle from Billion, my first Kia. I keep coming back to this dealership for the quality of sales and service. The people are friendly and responsive. Corey Rodney in sales at Kia was very professional. He listened to my needs and sold me what I wanted. Jeff Madison in service has been the main reason I keep coming back to Billion and meeting other great people. Jeff has been my Hyundai guy for many years and I'm so glad he's now at Kia! I would recommend this dealership and these two guys to anyone! You will not be disappointed.
