The food was absolutely magnificent. Their steak was cooked to perfection. They have a separate area for the bar. That way, when you are waiting to be seated, you can chill and have a drink. The price is decent and you are definitely getting more for your money's worth. They do not offer advance booking. The place seems usually crowded. One minor setback is that the place is hard to find. They do not have signs on the street that will guide you to the restaurant.

Everytime I go here my steak is cooked JUST the way I order it! Rare is rare y'all!! Their Walleye is fabulous! Salmon is even more amazing!!! Get the glaze!! Prim Rib..eeehhRib Eye even more tantalizing to the taste buds!!!

Normally this place is a solid 5. Today they were out of mushrooms. It's happened before, not a huge deal. The steak tips were crispy on several pieces. Luckily the servings are big enough I picked around and got enough decent ones. Our server was great, the food a little less than what Bills is known for today though.

Best steak around. Great prices. Walleye is to die for and mashed potatoes and beef stock gravy are amazing also. Must eat place. We travel from Kendallville Indiana all the time even to get carryout Walleye.

My husband and I were at Bills Steak House in Bonson on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 30th. We had heard that the steaks were the best around. We tried to get there for three yrs. But finally made it on our 53rd anniversary. Ordered ribeye steaks, there was so much gristle that almost half our expensive steaks was uneatable. Why? Heard other customers say the same. On the other hand the waitress and the rest of the meal was great.

We have the best waitress in all the world in restaurants !!! Her name is Mary!! Also the food is out of this world! It's just a great evening going there, with Mary there for us!! She treats you like family😊 We love her! And the food!

We're from out of town and everyone recommended this place. Large portions. My kids loved the ribs. My husband and I split the sirloin & shrimp combo. It was tasty but nothing extrodinary. Two sides come with the meal, side salad was a good size but unfortunately our fries were soggy, like they'd been sitting for awhile. Waitress was nice, service was pretty quick but for the money, I'd rather go somewhere else.

We go to Bill's once or twice a month. Not only are the steaks great, the fish is just as good, and the seared tuna is among the best that I have had anywhere. The Wasabi will bring tears to your eyes, something that is not always easy to find. Okay, so they went through a spell of mediocre dinner rolls which is now resolved, but anyone who gives this place 1-2 stars should just stay away so that the lines aren't so long for those of us who love it here!

Prime rib was a little grainy. Food was decent and portion sizes were generous. Presentation was lacking as our dinner rolls were smashed flat and the sweet butter looked like it had been dipped out of a vat with the cup it came in. Service was fast.

Great friendly delicious steak house. Can be a bit pricey but worth it. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time celebrating my daughters birthday. Dinning area is a bit dated but clean.
