I had Mark replace both tubes on two of my bikes. They did a good job, and it was done by the next day. He charged me exactly what he quotedand I thought it was a fair price. Before I leftwe discussed my bad handlebar grips. He replaced them while I waited. Another good experience

So some bicycle shops go down in history as legendary. Bill's Bike Shop is one of them. With absolute dedication and complete love for the sport they have met all of our needs every year when they show up to Point Mugu Naval Air Station to support our triathlon.

Some of us military folks are so busy with life and work we show up with the craziest problems. Mark and John jumped at the opportunity to fix my bike with a problem that we had never seen before.

All night they worked so well to epoxy a certain piece of my bicycle that had seemed to be falling apart, that I was able to race the race the next day. I am eternally grateful for them as people and as professionals.

What a bunch of great guys! They showed me the method of setting up a tubeless system for my mountain bike. I couldn't get the tires to seat on my own, so I took it to Mark and he seated them for me at no charge. I can't wait to go on a group ride with these guys when I free up some time! Thanks again

Bought my "new" bike there about 4 years ago. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and subsequent support. Mark is a very honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Have returned for service on many occasions. Bike is always returned in perfect shape - at minimal and oftentimes no cost. So happy with my experiences that my wife just bought her bike there last month.
