Competent employees that do good work. Would recommend for higher-end bicycle purchases. However, be aware of high price tags (+$500-700 per bike, if you get the "package" deals/add-ons).

Only complaint is the tendency to refer to big store bikes as "toys". Still willing to repair or assemble them for a moderate fee, however.

Doug is one of the most knowledgeable cycling guys in the entire area. The shop is organized and efficient and the guys work in plain view of the customers. He keeps a well stocked store and I have personally used his bike fitting service for a custom bike I ordered and the system he uses is first rate. He has built 2-custom wheel sets for me and the work on both is superb and he stands behind the wheels he makes.
