In from out of town, bike had a rough flight, needed a minor wheel true Zander was able to work on it while I kicked around. Great selection of products. Solid service and rates. Just off the Bike path. 10/10.

They made me feel like a terrible person for bringing in a bike that was wortg less than 500$ in for repairs. Rude, condescending attitudes. Don't go into this store unless you bank atleast 60k a year.

Great if you want to bring in your $1000 + bike for repairs. But be prepared for your typical smug condescending cyclist attitude if you aren't buying or bringing in a bike worth more than your car. Get over yourself and your little bike shop. I make more money than you, despite what your bike is worth.

I know this is the best shop in Indianapolis. Some of the reviews on here are extremely unfair and I wouldn't be surprised if they were solicited by competitors. The service portion of the Bike Line has taken my families bikes on the fly on numerous occasions. I'm literally in and out in less than 15minutes with a new tubes, tires, parts, etc, installed. This is a store that cares about finding you the right bicycle as well. If you're in a hurry to shop for a bike go to the Bike Garage. They'll sell you whatever they have in stock ASAP. If you're interested in purchasing a bike you'll love and cherish for years to come this is your shop.
