  My husband went in there. He raced bmx for 20 yrs. Wanted to buy a cruiser and mini redlinesHe left empty handed didn't even offer to order..Went to A1 instead and spent . $1000.

  Not only was BOI the most competitive in regards to price. But, John was by far the most helpful and personable person I dealt with today. I went to 4 bike shops with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, most of the people just stood and looked at me and showed me the most expensive bike like what I was seeking. John from BOI showed me 3-4 bikes and several sizes, set me up to try them out and adjusted seats on both the bikes I was looking at multiple times. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to make an investment in a bicycle or accessories.

  Great team effort every time I have needed my Giant Anyroad bike serviced. They haven't push items that I didn't need. Very reason repair and accessories prices😊

  Very impressed overall. I got some tires and tubes when they were having a sale. They did not have the item in stock and offered to upgrade me to a more expensive tire. They shipped fast priority mail even though I am on the other side of the country. Will do business with them again!
