The entire process was extremely quick, and absolutely painless. My family and I stopped in to see Jim Casey. Jim was extraordinarily charismatic, informative, patient (with the kids) funny and thoughtful. When I say zero pressure that is exactly what I mean. ZERO PRESSURE. During the entire process Jim was always there to inform us on the status of the purchase process, all while giving us the space we needed to keep the kids settled. My family and I couldn't be any more excited with our 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. "Great customer service"

Our experience started when we pulled in the parking lot and just walked around looking at their used cars and we were approached by Jim Casey he was a super friendly guy who let us know everything about the car, we came back the next day to do a trade in. Jim again was so helpful and very friendly. During our experience at Biggers Mitsubishi we came in contact with sales people that were friendly and not fake. For us that was very important and made us want to purchase from them. You knew they genuinely wanted to help you and do what they could to get you the car you wanted. We purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander and the car is amazing it runs great I couldn't be happier with the purchase. When we signed our contract we were with the dealership manager Emal and he was also very genuine and a super friendly guy. With Biggers Mitsubishi you didn't feel like you were just a sale to them. I highly recommend Biggers Mitsubishi and even if you don't get Jim every person we came in contact with we're helpful and genuine.

After countless negative experiences I finally received the type of service and respect I was hoping for. Thomas Bitner with Biggers Mitsubishi was phenomenal. Not only was the car precisely as advertised online, but I was not pressured, hassled, or made to feel anything other than valued. I felt a genuine honesty with Thomas and drove away with the car I wanted at what I feel was a reasonable price. I can 100% recommend this dealership as well as Thomas if you are looking for an excellent experience. I am not one for writing reviews, however, I felt compelled to do so here. After so many negative experiences with dealerships and salespersons who were shady, pushy, overly aggressive, dishonest, etcthis was truly refreshing. Thanks Tom!!

It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I got referred to this dealership by a couple of other people. I started off by sending my interest in a vehicle and i got an email right away! When i came in i was greeted instantly. I was talking to a sales guy by the name of Anthony! They had a car ready with less miles and better features than the one i had chosen initially. Took a Outlander Sport 05 out for a test drive and loved it! Came out and we talked numbers right away, they did the best they could to work with what i could pay monthly. The sales manager at the dealership was also a pleasure to work with, he re-explained all my warranties and paperwork. So pleased to say that for my first experience in financing a car, it went perfectly smooth. In just an hour i was able to ride out with my new car!

Awesome place to go if you want to buy a new car. I went in there to trade in my old car for a new one and they were able to make it really easy. I love my new 2017 lancer. The costumer service there has been the best one I've gotten. Max and Nate were awesome and made it really easy for me to get a new car. I totally recomendó coming here if you plan on buying a Mitsubishi.
