Storage company sold out to Bigger Garage. Took out first payment automatically but not 2nd; sent me a letter and charged late fees (customer service was nice and refunded fees and set me back up) Next month got a letter for proof of insurance, e-mailed proof of ins same day, and then a week later got another letter. Had to call again so I wouldn't be forced to get more insurance that I didn't want and resent proof of ins. Next week raised rent on storage unit. Only reason for 3 stars instead of 1 is customer service on the phone is super nice and helpful or it would have been 1 star.

I needed to rent a unit prior to helping a relative move. Prior to coming into IN to help with the move, I called the facility and the manager was very nice and helpful in helping me decide on the correct size that I needed and setting everything up.
Place is clean, safe and economical for storing our goods.response / report this review -

Facility is recently under new management. I called and spoke to their office manager Teresa. She was so pleasant to deal with and very helpful resolving my issue. Highly recommend!
