We worked with Bigfoot over the course of a year. We hired them to do a basement renovation and they were very accommodating of our budget, timeline, vision, and needs in general. The crew is very professional and kind and we always felt comfortable communicating with them. A freak accident happened (our fault, not theirs) and we had a house fire right as our project was coming to a close, so we had the very surprising undertaking of re-doing all the work again, this time through insurance. Bigfoot stuck with us and had our back, adjusting their entire schedule to continue working with us another 4+ months to re-do all the work they'd already done, and communicated with insurance on our behalf. We were so incredibly lucky to have had their partnership through such an ordeal. After all the dust settled, we ended up with a beautifully repaired home that is way better than before, all thanks to Bigfoot. We'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent experience with Bigfoot and would happily work with them again. They remodeled our basement and did a great job. Throughout the project they were transparent, punctual, and communicative. They also worked hard to help our chaotic family manage the disturbance in the house and execute the project on a quick timeline. Highly recommend!

Adam came out to look at our project and promised a bid within the week. He never sent the bid, even after I followed up to check in. In fact, I never heard back from him at all. I understand that things get busy but a simple “Sorry we got busy with another project” would have been appreciated.
