    If you buy here best believe, you won't get your furniture till the next year. If you want your furniture for a holiday or just your furniture cuz it's yours, you paid for it go somewhere else. There's a woman with horrible customer service,she needs to quit.

    Salesmen were sharks can’t blame them. I’ve been in sales my whole life and understand it. Thing that turned me off was how they took the “no”. My fiancée and just moved to Vegas and sold all the living room furniture we had so we went out to browse to see if we see anything we like. Saw the EXACT same sectional we had before moving but for $300 more than the price we paid for itwithout the ottoman. With the ottoman it would’ve cost us $400+ more than we paid. We couldn’t see why we’d pay THAT much more for less than we had so we just politely said “no thanks, we got this same sectional plus the ottoman for less from a furniture chain on the east.” Was gonna keep browsing but Gary and The other salesman(forget his name) then say “well that HAD to be a knock off. There’s a lot of knock offs out there and they look just like this but the quality is unmatched” hahaha NUMBER ONE rule in sales NEVER talk down on your competition! For that reason alone I’m probably never stepping foot in this place again. Very distasteful

    Resist the temptation of cheaper furniture (assuming what you find here actually happens to be cheaper than other stores). They have no problems giving you the used car salesman routine and selling you critically defective furniture and taking your money. I bought a reclining loveseat "floor model" for $150. The moment we got home, it broke literally the first time I sat on it. I'm 5'9" and 145 pounds, there is no excuse for a couch to break under my weight unless I'm skydiving into it. The armrest was loose when we bought it, which wasn't an issue for me. Gary did seem very nervous about me testing it in store and rushed me to the sale.

    Upon hindsight, I wish I had sat on that side and broke it right there. What Gary didn't tell me is that the foundation of the backrest was cracked, leading to the backrest completely snapping upon trying to recline. Gary had no problem advising me that he would not help me at all. I even asked for just an exchange for a small recliner or store credit, but he refused to assist me in anyway because their furniture is sold "as is".

    This was a tough lesson for me, but all furniture purchases going forward will be from a reputable chain store with proper warranty and customer service, even if I have to pay more.

    In short, DO NOT SHOP HERE, TURN AND RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!

    This franchise is a joke! Came here on Labor Day weekend back in September and have been dealing with this TERRIBLE store for TWO months! We were LIED to multiple times by the sales person (Gary), customer service AND the managers. Gary our salesman said we were getting a steal for this "HIGH QUALITY" couch. He sold us an as-is ottoman because they no longer make that kind anymore. Lie. I saw it in the store when I had to go back AGAIN to talk to Loraine, the manager. This store delivered damaged/defective products to our house not once, not twice, but THREE times. Dealing with customer service over the phone is such a headache. When you ask to speak to a manager, you're told they have either gone home or are with a customer on the sales floor (yea right, that store is mostly empty, and what are sales people for?). Multiple times I was lied to over the phone as well. I would ask for a Lorraine's schedule so I could talk with her about my issue. Call back the next day when said manager was working and was told she wasn't working that day. When I asked about some kind of compensation for wasting my time MULTIPLE times and the damaged/defective product they said "no sorry, you already got a great deal on the couch." Oh you mean the couch I spent nearly $2000 on and there are HOLES in it and staples sticking out? Not to mention, the couch itself does not even line up properly (its a sectional). Their products are very cheaply made and once they have your money they don't care about you one bit. I am going to see about doing a chargeback with my bank. This store and Eli, the boss who NO ONE can talk to, should be ashamed. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and if you're dealing with an issue from Big's Furniture I suggest you do so as well. First and last time I will ever shop here.

    Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I would, even if I had to spend 3x more.

    Those guys are solid. Didn't get the used car salesman routine. They were very helpful, and knew how to get things done. Decent selection, decent prices. I will certainly be returning.

    Loved everything I purchased but the time it took to get all my items was way too long. Every time I called to get a status , this one girl was ALWAYS very rude to me. I kept asking for a manager & was always given an excuse on why he was not available & the manager JT never called me back. They kept lying to me. They were so nice & professional until after they got my $$. $6000 later, it took a month to get all that i purchased! DON'T SHOP WITH THEM. I NEVER WILL AGAIN!

    People are friendly and they do have a large selection. A friend recently bought a set of couches there. Not only did it not come on the day it was suppose to get delivered, they sent the floor model instead of sending the new one they said was "in the back." Had she known she was going to get the worn out floor model she wouldnt have bought it. The pictures show all the discrepancies we seen on the floor model. Crack on the lens, seams undone, spring in the back of couch bulging out, leather worn&torn This goes against the Consumer Rights Act. Bunch of liars!!!

    After spending two days visiting furniture stores in the Las Vegas area and finding nothing that fit my tastes and budget I stumbled upon Big's. Within thirty minutes one of their terrific salesmen had found what I was looking for and gave me an exceptional deal to bring it right into my budget range. The delivery was as scheduled and the gentlemen who brought the furniture in and assembled it couldn't have been more professional or competent. They had forgotten one piece and while one stayed behind to build the remaining furniture pieces, he went to retrieve it. Will post updates following use of the furniture, but as of now I'm very happy with my experience.

    Great prices, fantastic selection, high quality furniture without the high prices. Sells Ashley brand furniture for 30% less than Ashley Home stores. Jose, Sales at Summerlin store is fantastic! Delivered and assembled in 2 days ON SCHEDULE with NO PROBLEMS, NO DAMAGES. Thanks for GREAT SERVICE Bigs! Highly recommend to everyone.

    After buying a new house my wife and I decided to upgrade our living room and bedroom set. Victoria greeted us at the door and after finding out what we needed she showed us all of their options. They had a great selection on hand and Victoria spent the extra time explaining and pricing the different options available if we would like to place a custom order. By the time we were done we had enough money left in our budget to get a couple of additional tables, they even threw in the pillows that were used as decoration because my wife said she liked them! I know in today's environment people are quick to post negatives, but my experience sales experience was so great I wanted to recommend them to anyone looking for good selection, knowledgeable sales staff and "two additional tables" pricing!

    I purchased over $23,000 of furniture. Had problems with laminate cracking. They replaced. But the 7 drawer stand up chest doesn't open properly. I advise them from the start to Ken the salesman. He said to contact Elaine. Well it took about couple months for a.long response. Each time in over 2 years they kept sending the wrong furniture. We were guaranteed our satisfaction. All would be handled and we would be satisfied. When they sent the wrong piece again last June. The warranty woman Elaine guaranteed we would receive before I left for China in July. It never happened. When we got back. She had quit. Another warranty woman Aymee took over. She guaranteed the problem would be handled. I have sent numerous emails to her. For status updates. No response. I drove out to see her today and she was busy in meeting. I left my complaint. How can they treat their customers this way. I now have no option but to involve a attorney. It is outrageous that anyone can run a business as they do when one comes in to spend a good amount of money with them. Then in the end be completely ignored. I send numerous photos of this 7 drawer chest as well as one with their men standing by to take it. But due that the wrong piece sent again we retained the chest. Now it is covered and put in spare room where it has never been used. I would recommend seriously seeking a more reputable furniture dealer that follows through on their warranty and can send the right furniture to you. They need to seriously hire people who can follow through on their promises.

    Terrible communication on a back order item. Continually told us next week, next week for 2 months. Argued with us about cancelling the order and getting our money back. When they finally conceited it wasn't a return because we never received any product, getting the funds back was a whole nother ridiculous ordeal full of Hoops the jump through an all around sub par customer service. Don't go here. The furniture junk anyway

    Bought a dining set all chairs are uneven. Also scratchs and loose parts And i been trying to return or exchange and they still not answering. Definitely. Never will be back

    I had a great experience here. I have previously bought a dresser and just recently a sectional. The sales personnel are nice, helpful, and informative; they're not pushy either. Delivery was as promised and on time. I paid cash for my items so I'm not familiar with lease or payment programs, but as far as I'm concerned, they're a good business to do business with. Definitely recommend them.
