Scott guided us through the adoption of my stepdaughter. This was the first time we had used his services. Not only was he professional and informative, he made the whole process easy and covenant. His secretary also was really professional and emailed updates and documents quickly. We are extremely pleased we chose Bieniek Law to be a part of our family during this special moment. Thank you again Scott!

I have worked with Mr. Bieniek on a couple different occasions and I could not be more please with him, his knowledge, his professionalism, his kindness and his ability to take care of matters in a very timely matter. I would highly recommend Mr. Bieniek to anyone.

Scott was great from the start. I hired him while in Afghanistan and even though I never met him he helped me in everywhere way given the distance. He then helped me again when I moved back to Indiana. He always answered any question I had no matter how silly it was. He gives great advice and always got me to see things from both sides. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Very Intelligent, confident, but down to earth. Always explained things in a way that I could understand, and made sure I understood my legal rights. Definitely felt like he was on my side. Taking his advice sped up the process of my divorce and saved me money. Scott and Cassie both made me feel comfortable and were very quick to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend Mr. Bieniek for your attorney needs!

Scott is exceptional! He is a very down to earth, humble person who sincerely cares about the people he represents and the work he does. I went through a year long divorce and Scott was more than helpful every step of the way. He is extremely intelligent and will never steer you in the wrong direction. He often said "You pay me too much for me to not be honest with you." I greatly appreciated his sincerity and dedication. I have had friends who have complained about paying expensive attorney fees for lawyers who seem as if they don't even care. Scott was definitely not that way! I will go through Scott from here on out with any legal matters that may come up. I can't speak highly enough of him and his work!

Im from out of state and had an unfortunate situation while in Indiana that left me in need of legal console. Mr. Bieniek was very professional and presented all information I needed in a timely and up-front manner. I felt I was given enough information in a clear enough way to make the best possible decision for myself. I also was able to save a good bit of money in airfare and hotels as he was able to bypass the need for me to come back to Indiana. He provided me with likely outcomes when I first explained my situation and gave me pricing for him to handle it. He was able to do everything I needed in regard to the situation for one flat fee. This type of pricing gave me piece of mind that he wasn't just digging in my pockets and that he actually cares about his clients and the best possible outcome for them. He seems to just want to help people who can't exactly help themselves through his knowledge of the law much like a doctor who helps people through their knowledge of the body.
I would highly recommend Mr. Bieniek and would definitely work with him again if the situation ever arises.response / report this review
