  Very fast service. Before I lifted my head walking through the door I was greeted and asked what can we do for you? I was in need of a tire and tube and was a little pricey but worth it for the customer service.

  I bought a commuter bike here a year ago. It's a 30 minute ride from my house, but I wouldn't consider switching to a closer shop for almost any parts or service because the people here are so friendly and knowledgeable.

  I couldn't adjust my rear derailleur correctly. Took it to another bike shop first, took it home. It still wasn't correctly adjusted. Took it to Bycycle Johns and they got it the first time. 👍 Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!!

  good service! employees spend the time to talk with you about your concerns. They organize rides, events and volunteer on cycling events in town. They also host demo days on bicycle days.

  This place has expert advice but mostly everything is overpriced If you are looking for a high end bike look no further; there section surprised me, but I still can’t get over how much more they charge for tubes and accessories.
  
  Bottom Line:
  Pros: Awesome Bikes! Good Advice!
  Cons: Mediocre Customer Service (if you don’t intend on buying a bike). Overpriced accessories.
