My family decided to drive from Lexington to the farm on Saturday November 4th for the festival they had going on that day. I saw online that the festival and farm were open until 4pm. We couldn't get there until 2:45pm, but knew that an hour would be enough time to make the kids happy. We walked through the shop, and asked the cashiers where we could purchase entry into the play area, and they directed us to the little booth just outside. We headed there and asked to purchase entry for the 4 of us, and the lady told us that they were closed and not letting anymore people back. I said that I saw on their website that they were open until 4pm, and she said that the employees were going to leave right at 4, and that they would not allow us to go back. Even after I promised we would leave before 4pm, and still offered to pay full price she still refused. We had some extremely disappointed kids. If they were going to close the play area early, they should post that the farm was open until 4pm, and play area is open until 2:30pm, or whatever time they actually closed. We had an hour round trip, and 2 very upset little girls.

My first time visiting and definitely not my last. We had a wonderful time and there was so much to see and do.

Positives: proper pumpkin patch, lots of play areas, and a farm feel.
Negatives: apple cider donuts were terrible (not freshly made & tasted like at artificial flavoring. We threw 4 of our 6 out), playgrounds better for older kids (probably 4 and up), and petting areas were mostly viewing areas.

They have portable toilets, you have to park in overgrown grass, they didn't clean any of their overpriced pumpkins, they are overpriced, and I encountered a seriously rude employee. Possibly the owner, but rude either way. I'll never go back.

Some really nice things here. I appreciate the playgrounds and pumpkin picking. However, I wish the place wasn't so overpriced and the people were a bit friendlier. We live really close, if it was just a little less to go here we would be there all the time.

I went along with my friend and her son and I can honestly say, I was disappointed with some of the attractions. The petting Zoo had a small selection of animals and they were sad looking. The attractions for the kids wasn't as great as I was expecting but after all it is for the kids and they are happy with pretty much anything. I will say thisthe staff was friendly.

Even though we have had a fun day, we seen this sign and let all the girls pick a pumpkin. We take it to the counter and tell the cashier "we have 8 $2.99 pumpkins and then one $1 pumpkin" the cashier says "those are not pie pumpkins, pie pumpkins are about this size" (showing us with her hands) we say "so can you honor your sign?" The cashier says "I'm sorry we can not honor the sign" my sister in law asked if we could see a manger. There is guy at the counter and he steps in and says "I'm the owner and I'm not honoring it!" I tell the girls "I'm sorry we are not getting pumpkins to put them down" then I say "if you all can't honor a sign that one of your employees put up then we won't be back" the owner then says "don't come back." It got me really heated and I said "don't worry we won't come back and I'll make sure to let everyone know!" So if you want a company that don't go by their signs go there, if you want a company that goes by their signs don't go there! I spent almost $100 to enjoy our day only to be told "don't come back." I am very disappointed with this company and want to share my experience with all of you! Please feel free to share this post with everyone you know! In fact please share this post so everyone will know how this company treated us today.

I came with Waco Elementary school from Madison County and the kids really enjoyed it. There is so much to do here.

ive been coming to bi water farm since about 2000. ive never missed a year since then, and its because i LOVE IT! its grown so much in the past years, and in a good way. ive always had friendly people willing to help me, and in a timely matter. i feel like the reviews here are just one offs, which can happen anywhere. one of the main reasons i love this place is that its $9 to get in and your set for the day. all the attractions (and there are a lot!) are available at your disposal with no worries of hidden fees. the only thing you need to bring extra cash for is your pumpkin and maybe lunch! i highly recommend this place, hands down.

Great atmosphere, friendly, good broccoli, good potatoes. I did, however, buy a dozen ears of corn and they all had worms in it. Pretty gross, but I'm thinking and hoping that was a fluke.
