  Let's start by saying I'm a small business owner and working my way through the ranks of getting my first house when three other mortgage company shot me down I came to Zillow for a pre-approval and ended up walking away homeowner when nobody else would take the time to deal with me but Mike stepped up to the plate.. this one was extremely hard but this man managed to pull himself together and pull this job together and made this happen all I can say people is unfreaking believable .if you need somebody Mike's the man could not be more satisfied I'm now the proud owner of my very first house

  Worked w/ Mike on refinance. My mortgage was relatively complicated and required verification of rental and vacation property also. The whole process was 2 1/2 weeks from initial call to closing. Very quick. Process is set up for easy electronic uploading of documents and signing of docs.

  I had an exceptional experience with Mike Maiorano. He literally got me cleared to close on my mortgage in under one week! He saved me a lot of money with a phenomenal interest rate and lower closing costs than other brokers in the area. He is knowledgeable, informative, efficient, and friendly. It was truly a pleasure working with him.

  Mike is the best! It took us months to find our new home and he was patient and always willing to work with our ever changing and extremely tight situation. I cannot thank him enough for being ever willing to answer my silliest of questions. The mortgage process was made a tolerable because you was handling it. Thank you very much!
