I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. Today I called to book a number of rooms for my family. Both the 'supervisor' and 'manager' were rude and condescending. I asked for best rate, neither asked if I was a member of AAA or other organizations where they extend discounts. The rates they quoted were almost $50/night over the Best Western Website. In a very snotty tone, the manager said if I could book a better rate somewhere else, I should do so.

These people don't want your business. AVOID

Beautiful place to stay. Elevator is a little scary. Alexander (I hope that was his name 🙄😁) he was so awesome I really like him!!! Oh thank God I didn't have to walk in and see the news on the TV it was so just like home. Thank you guys so much for an amazing stay it was just fabulous!!!

The reasoning behind the 4 stars is: if it were grading the staff this hotel is a 5 star. If it were grading on amenities they are very ample from the citrus water and coffee upon reception to a very generous (but not so good eggs) breakfast menu. The other side of the average is the 3 star for the bed in room 309 is not good and the very high beam highway light aimed at the suite is not either for a person's rest period. The entire stay was a great stay in Aurora and we live the residents community there. Good job but it could be done better. The value was still good.

Night staff member Richard is an effective multi tasker who I saw makes clients feel like they just got home! Another front desk guy who picked up Richards shift was also very helpful. The coffee pods were great , beds comfortable. I stayed in the suite with annexed couch and additional TV & the only complaint is the bathroom fan that cannot be turned off without turning the light off. there needs to be a light switch separate than the fan switch. Place was also clean & as a single woman by herself I felt safe. DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING IN THEIR ROOMS. I. don't smoke but overheard something that makes me want to give patrons that very clear warning.

A lovely clean Best Western conveniently close to the Denver Airport. We had an extremely pleasant stay!! the hot tub was awesome, and the staff were more than helpful and responsive. The lobby is nice and was cheery for Christmas with nice decorations. We highly recommend this property

The hotel staff are very helpful and professional. They go above and beyond and very courteous. Very friendly and when we need something Richard and Alex were spot on. Great place to stay and will be back in the future. Keep up the GREAT work!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times during our visits with our daughter who attends University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The location is great with easy access to the highway, airport, and many restaurants. The hotel has been remodeled in the last 2 years and is clean with comfortable beds. The hotel manager is helpful and friendly and takes pride in the hotel and his job! Breakfast is on par with other continental breakfasts and it is well stocked during the entire service time frame. A reasonably priced hotel for those who do not need a lot of bells and whistles. A 4.5 star rating from us! We will be back in the Spring!

Great location to local stores, restaurants and entertainment. Thankfully they had space available to upgrade my room to a suite using my membership status. The breakfast was better than I remembered, with berries and even granola. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker definitely was a plus. My only minor issue was the bike in the fitness center didn't have a place for a water, so I had to use the window ledge, and there were no towels; I guess I needed to bring one from our room. Beyond that, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it if you want a decent room and not blow your budget. Though I didn't partake in the free breakfast, others did and enjoyed it, and it did smell really good.

One more thing, there is a Walmart directly behind the hotel and a Sam's Club next door. This hotel is surrounded by shopping and eating, which is a huge plus.

Very nice motel. There was a manager's reception that night free wine, beer, and snacks. This was only on Mon-Thu. Although we didn't go, it was a nice idea. The breakfast was excellent. All food tasty and fresh. The room was comfortable and had a great shower spray.

I was not aware that this was a pet-friendly hotel until I arrived to check in. The guest ahead of me in line was trying to source an air freshener because her room smelled like a wet dog. My room also had a bad odor, and there was a piece of beef jerky on the floor. Dog food? Regardless, the room did not smell clean or look clean. Yuck!!! I reported the problem to the front desk staff but all other rooms were occupied. We endured it and were glad to check out the next morning. Best Western should fully disclosing the fact that filthy animals roam the halls and rooms of so that guests can make more informed decisions.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Everyone was catering and extremely helpful. Breakfast service was courteous and expedient, but the quality of food was not up to my standards. However, it is continental breakfast, so I didn't expect 5 star meal. The cleaning smell was strong. Overall, we had a great and would highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in a king suit. The couch bed was for our son, he's 13 and thought it was comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the sleep in the king bed. The only downside was how hot the pool room was. Other guests said it was just as hot during the winter. It's a heated pool area, so understandable, but more air circulation would have been nice. Breakfast was the regular and prepared nicely. Assistance during breakfast was prompt.

My overall experience was good. The only issues I had was that our room had a lingering & unpleasant odor and the shower was not the best. There was only 2 little tiny trashcans which seemed to fill up quickly. The bed was slightly uncomfortable only because we have a memory foam mattress at homeotherwise, the room pictures that we viewed, matched what we got! The room was spacious, and we had good storage. Although it seems like I have a lot of negatives, I'd definitely say that there were more positives! The staff was wonderful! It was quiet and the location was awesome!

Nice hotel, very friendly employees at the front counter. Well maintained and clean pool/hot tub. I would describe the breakfast as standard as far as hotels go, aside from the fact that they had two employees cleaning tables as people left and restocking anything that ran out, a perfect touch. My only suggestion is to keep a wine opener around for guests that forgot one!
