Nice bedroom, clean, big queen beds, nice TV and wifi works seamlessly. Due to the carpet, the room has a funky smell. It won't ruin your stay however. Continental breakfast included.

Very nice and competent staff. Fantastic breakfast bar. They call it continental, but it is much more than that. Nice, big, well-kept pool.. Great rooms too. And a gila monster and his family came to the pool. how can you beat that! They tried to accommodate me as best they could. Well done.

Clean hotel w/water views and comfortable bed. The hotel amenities are a bit fractured, and other than beach, need transportation to get anywhere outside of hotel. Have to say, the best part of my stay was Tanisha @the front desk, she was very warm & welcoming, she set the tone for a great 1st impressionessential & appreciated, TY Tanisha

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! Location is fantastic-beaches within walking distance and AMAZING customer service! Highly recommended to anyone with kids or going as a couple. Exceptionally comfy beds-could have slept the whole weekend. Was able to go for a beautiful morning run right across the street from the resort entrance. Stayed for one night mid July. Not really a hotel its a motel really. However great views from outside looks across the bay. Nice pool area staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast times very busy. Breakfast room quite small. Iguanas greet you in the mornings for there breakfast.

The beds were hard as a rock, the maid took all our towels didn't replace any of them we had to call the office for them. The breakfast is nice the workers seem like their not happy with their jobs saying little rude comments as people were leaving. The pool cheekie hut area was nice and calm, Mike the bartender was really nice very talkative good team player my family enjoyed him.

You couldn't ask for a better staff, and the setting of the resort is in a good area with ocean view and the beach is just down the road. And also at the resort. We really enjoyed the pool and the outside bar. Very good bar tender and also serves good food. We really had a great time there. Thanks againresponse / report this review -

Very nice staff! Clean room, comfortable bed, no bugs! Refrigerator kept the beer cold! Enjoyed the nice clean pool and Cheeky hut drinks (tiki hut). We enjoyed it! Beautiful sunrise! Will return if possible!

Right at the airport, planes take off and land right over the hotel. Comfortable rooms, screened in balconies over looking the pool in all the rooms. Perfectly located for excursions into town and back up the keys on day trips.

Just an okay hotel far from town. Rooms are more updated than the property and hotel sits on the end of Key West Airport runway. Jets flow over head most of the day. Seems to stop around 10pm but starts up again around 7:15 am. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep later.

Outdated rooms especially the bathrooms, overly crowded free breakfast & cleaning staff threw out my child's retainer which they denied & compensated us for NOTHING! Terrible management. Pay a few bucks more at a higher end hotel just to get treated with respect & exceptional customer service. No doubt in my mind if this incident happened at a different hotel it would have been handled much differently & in a much more professional manner. Shame on you Worst Western for ruining a hard working family's vacation!

My wife and I took a last minute vacation to the Southern most point in the USA to get a break from the cold. I utilized my reward points effortlessly! The staff welcomed us and even let us have the room a little early ( as soon as it was clean ). The lobby was stocked with water and fruit very nice. Check in was quick. Room was excellent. No smells and it was a pet friendly room. We had our dog. Could not have asked for better accommodations. Staff very attentive and grounds immaculate. Great view nice location highly recommended!
