Nice. Clean. Comfortable. Lady that checked me in was very nice. I usually dislike Motels but this is just fine.

Great hotel!! Karen at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!! We checked in about midnight after a long drive, she was very pleasant and helpful, making sure our check in was quick and easy and made sure we had everything we needed. Room and hotel was very clean. Very much worth the money, will stay here again if we ever come back through the area. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone else coming through the area.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Housekeeping done a really good job of taking care of our room. Breakfast was very good everyday we were there. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Not bad for the price. Pool will be nice in the summer. Good location.

The linen is clean and the water is hot, but it is not peaceful or comfy. The pillows are way more suited for a chair than for a bed. They are small and firm. My room had that cheap, sanitized smell to it, not a fresh and clean smell. I was fooled by the brand, I was not expecting a motel. First floor room hears lots of contract workers leave in early morning. Showers around me started around 5:30. Cars/trucks starting at 6. It does have adequate Wi-Fi. And waffles can be made at breakfast.

There are only two hotels in The Estill Springs/Winchester area of Tennessee. We were up for a Dear loved one's funeral and because others of our family had already booked at the other hotel we booked there too. Left after one night. This is the second time we have stayed at the Best Western in Winchester, TN. and we received outstanding service, professionalism and cleanliness both times!

WE travel quite a bit and this little BW is a gem. The room was very clean and comfy. The staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area quite nice after a long day on the road.
There was a nice little, covered sitting area just opposite our room where we sat and watched the sunset.
And there is a good Mexican restaurant across the street where you receive a 10% discount as a BW quest.
We would definitely go back here if in the area again.

I'm surprised at the value of this hotel, which I assume was recently updated. Rooms are beautiful, clean and fresh looking. Bathrooms have nice fixtures and I love what you've done with the towel racks and rolled towels! Dual light switch wall plate with separate fan - love it. Breakfast included sausage gravy, biscuits, bacon, eggs, waffle grill and all the cold stuff Cereal, bagels, cereal and also donuts (fresh) and danishes! Awesome!! Breakfast area is quaint and has a laptop"bar" where 8 people could simultaneously user their computers. Pool open 24/7!?!? Undeliverable. Highly recommend, will stay here again!!

We stayed in Winchester for my wives surgery the following morning. The hotel was nice- we were in a Suite with a small sitting area (Suite A). Since we had to be at the hospital early we were not able to enjoy breakfast. The bed was comfortable and staff very friendly. It was quiet at night and we felt quite safe.

I called to make a reservation for one night at this hotel. But since I am a local from Franklin County they told me that they don't except locals. The receptionist told me to call the Quality Inn. I ask to speak to the manager and I was told that she would call me back maybe. So I called the Quality Inn and made my reservation with know problem. I did ask the receptionist you do allow Locals. She said yes and why do you ask .I told her I called the Best Western and they said they don't allow Locals. Me and my husband are attending a event in Winchester that night so did not want to drive up the mountain at midnight. Plus we got a very good price at the Quality Inn. This is very bad Business for the Best Western in Winchester TN.
