Was not customer friendly. Was there for an hour and 20 minutes. Never asked if wanted a water or coffee. Attendant was talking on personal phone loudly.

First time ever taking a vehicle to a shop bc I prefer to do it myself well I was busy and sorta lazy to finish it out all I wanted them to do was tighten the inner and outer tie rods and wheel hubs to specification..I take my niece's out for their b day mind you this is the day after I get my car out of the shop go over some railroad tracks and all he'll brakes loose scared me bc I'm hauling precious cargo my niece's long story short they only did one side and not the other which snapped my cv axle I call them and they said they would give me a free alignment lmao

I had flat steer tire on my ring and came to this place to fix the problem.The place is brand new the people are nice.The service was fast and the prices on the tires,rims and labor are way better the any truck stop.

Used a coupon for 16.99 to do an oil change and tire rotation. Still got charged 37.99. Not sure how the math worked out on that. Also explained to the service person that we needed a headlight bulb changed and asked how much it would cost considering that you need to pretty much remove the front end of the car to do it. We said we would pay for it. They said they'd take care of it. We even went into detail that it wasn't just an average bulb swap but they insisted they could handle it. I understand biting off more than your business can chew but don't tell someone you're going to do something and not follow through. Also if you aren't aware of the specials advertised online for your business and refuse to honor them get them off the internet. We won't be back.
