Scam ya if they can. Mention 4 times to 2 or 3 different people, I want an estimate before its worked on. Get a call next day, hey your cars done, runs for 10 miles give or take and takes a crap, 250 bucks. Good work. Don't go, just use the towing services.

I was driving from Chicago to NY and 3 warning lights came on the dashboard, Followed by a rough and shaky handling of the engine.
I stopped at Hutch's repair shop asking for help and was told they didn't work on foreign cars
First, I was driving a toyota sienna which is made in America.
Second, it is not disclose on their website that they prefer domestic vehicles.
Third, I quoted this line from their website "and we have never met a challenge we couldn't handle" well I brought my about a mile down the road. The guy plugged the tester and 3 minutes later diagnosed the problem to a bad ignition coil. It seems like this was a challenge Hutch couldn't handle.
My impression was that for whatever reason he didn't want to help me, because on my way out I saw a volkswagen with the hood opened.

P.S. I gave them one star or else I wouldn't be able to post.

These guys pulled my car off the road and brought it to their shop. Great experience with them and was not overcharged. There is also lodging available within walking distance.

Thanks for the great service at an affordable price. With all the horror stories of being overcharged while broke down out on the road, its nice to know there are still people like you that treat people fairly.
