I needed a rear-view mirror for one of my bikes and safety lights (front and back) for both of my bikes. The owner showed me exactly what I needed and then helped me with the installation. He demonstrated first class customer care. I will be back.

Outstanding service. I had a side-wall blow out on my bike. They outfitted me with new tires and tubes in under 1 hour.

The single man who was working there at the time was completely unhelpful.

I explained that I tried doing my own research but I was very new to buying a bike and explained what I would use it for then he asks "So what were you looking to buy?" and idk I think you're supposed to help me choose one because I just said I was new to it?

and then when I asked about biking up a hill, he mentioned there being low gears and that's why there's 21 (and the bike I was holding had 7) but didn't really explain how that was supposed to answer my question about climbing hills?

He was very apathetic towards my mother and I, and I almost bought a bike, but his attitude really left an impactful, sour taste, and so I didn't really want to give him any sort of business. I apologize if that sounds mean or cruel but the service was just that bad in my opinion.

This is one of the best bike shops I've found in the area. A decent selection and an incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff.
I was in today and bought shoes and pedals - I had one-on-one help for 35 minutes. Pretty amazing.
