12/18 have been getting salads every Monday night for about a year at this location. Tonight after I brought my salad home I found a long dark hair in it. I called and spoke to the manager. He was very rude and and said he has a guy with short hair making the salads. I told him I was a regular customer and knew most of the workers. He didn’t care he just said I have to bring the salad back tonight to get my money back. He just wanted to argue with me. I will NOT be returning.

This place is horrible when i ordered i asked the girl on the phone if the tortellini was tri colored or if it was regular pasta she said regular pasta so i ordered it when it came it was tri colored so i called back and asked to talk to a manager i told him what happened he asked the girl and she lied and told him she said she didn't know and I told him thats not true i asked if i could just get something ealts instead because i wouldn't have ordered it if she would have told me the truth he said no i will just send the driver to come and get it I'm not going to make you something ealts I'm going to to be out of the 11.49 for the tortellini I'm not going to make you something ealts so i told him not to worry about it and that i and my family would never order from them again and it's a shame because we ordered from them every week but if you don't want to get yelled at by the manager when they mess up don't order from them

Really considering never ordering pats for delivery ever again. I placed an order for delivery and they said the pizza would be delivered in about 45 minutes even though I only ordered a medium pizza. I expect the pizza to be delivered sooner then the time said but boy was I wrong! The pizza took an hour and 25 minutes to be delivered and when it arrived the pizza was just room temperature. Not to mention that someone else in my house ordered pizza from Nino's and the pizza arrived in 15 minutes. I don't think I'll be ordering pizza again from Pats.

We eat there a couple times a week for the three or four months the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Today I felt like family. They gave my son and I four subs for free ( someone cancelled their order ) They ask if we would like them. They also noticed we are always there and thanked us. We thank you too Pat's pizza is the best

Just ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and was very specific about what I wanted on it. The most driest burnt "grilled" chicken ever. It's obvious it was cooked on a stove with no oils to keep the meat moist. Asked to have mayo along with mustard on it and got a bare sandwich. Had to put my own mayo and mustard on it. I tried to ignore all the reviews below me but no, they are accurate. Trust us this place is not worth your money. The Pats in New Castle is 100% better and would gladly drive out my way to get their food. If it's possible to give a negative or half a star I would.

They sold us burnt chicken tenders, chef salads now have just ham and Turkey. They change up their chef salads and don't tell their customers. Where's the salami? We won't be going back. When we called them the manager was like, what do you want me to do? Give me my money back. They finally did after an argument. Their food like Ninos is over priced anyway and you don't get what your paying for.

I honesty don't know why this chain is still in business. Every Pats I've tried have THE worst "italian" food ever! (I've had better Italian food made by Mexicans.) The meatballs are just balls of unseasoned meat, and their sauce is just a can of tomato paste. Their fries are always soggy, the chicken fingers are cold and dry. Their pizzas are awful, and I can't see myself giving them another chance. My dog wouldn't even eat the leftovers, and he eats his own crap! Save yourself some time and get your order somewhere else.

The pizzas were over cooked, with burned cheese. Company began to eat, but discarded. Decided to return to Pat's for refund, or replacement. Wanted to share with manager before writing review. Was told by manager that he would replace one, but not both. I told him I chose not to bring the discarded pieces from the trash. He told me them from the trash and bring them back to him. Should have followed my mind. I would not come here again.
