Our grandparents enjoy a timeshare here for two weeks every summer. Every summer some part of the property is updated. The rooms and grounds are always very clean. The location is ideal; just a short walk across A1A to the beach or down A1A to Atlantic Ave and you're in the heart of downtown Delray Beach. We love visiting this place every summer, it's a home away from home where we can really get in vacation-mode.

This is a laid back resort across State Road A1A from the Atlantic Ocean. There is a fresh water pool and a salt water pool, plus an inground hot tub. When you walk several blocks south you are at Delray Beach's Atlantic Avenue. There are numerous restaurants, ice cream-yogurt stores, beach supply stores, and apparel shops. Once you are Berkshire by the Sea you really do not need your car. This place is great for a vacation from across the country or for a few days of Stay-cation.

I am afraid to tell people how great this place is for fear they will come and fill it up. Four years in a row. Pretty perfect. Essentially a one bedroom apartment, great pool, beach across the street, restaurants down the road, Ben and Jerry's around the corner and a few beach shops. I love it.
