I met my friend to get our nails done. I asked the guy who handles the prices how much it would cost for pink polish on 8 of my nails and blue on my 2 ring fingers. Then, I wanted gold tips on all 10. He told me $15. I was like, "Wow that's a good deal." Then, the girl that called me to do my nails, told me the $15 would just cover 2 gold tips. And I wasn't even getting gel. I just wanted regular polish with regular gold polish on the tips. So, I explained to her what the guy had told me and then the other lady jumped in, I think the manager, and told me she heard him tell me it was only for 2 nails. Well, she was not even out there, she was in the back waxing somebody. So, unless she has bionic hearing, there's no way she heard me. I even tried to diffuse the situation and say I misunderstood, when I didn't, but she kept saying that I did hear him etc., and acted like I was trying to rip them off or something. She was very very rude and got extreme attitude with me and so I walked out. Then, I found out from my friend, she was talking about me after I left. To top things off, she would not even let us sit together and we were supposed to be getting our nails done together. They told us that they were using the chair next to my friend, and after I left, I talked to her and found out they never did. And they knew we were there together. So, they were very very rude and extremely nasty and I will never be going back there. They are good at what they do, however, it is more important to me that they treat their customers fairly and with respect. They were very disrespectful to me twice. Plus, I went to Modern Nails outside of Walmart, over by Aaron's, and they did what I wanted, with all 10 nails having the gold tips, for only $15 and, they even threw in an extra color for free. Modern Nails is definitely my favorite place because they are friendly and treat their customers with respect. I give Modern Nails by Walmart 5🌟

Awesome pampering offered me drinks did exactly what I wanted and treated me like royalty and price was the best yet!!! I will never go anywhere else!!

Just moved here, I have been going to the same nail salon for years and I was hesitant about trying a new place. But this nail salon is great! Very sweet people!

Kevin and Brenda have always treated my family so wonderful! I love their small town business! I always feel relaxed when I leave. It's nice to always walk into a place and they greet you with your name and a smile! Blessings!

Extremely expensive!!!!! They will try to get every dollar they can out of you. Including charging you fees for the most petty services. I got a simple SNS pink and white REFILL that cost $38. The refill was $35 then they charged me an extra $3 for cutting my nails a hair shorter! I was shocked! I asked the woman "Well how much is a new set?". Kim She did my nails and told me a new set was $40. How can a refill be more expensive than a new set????? Absolutely insane. So if you do get your nails done here, hold on to your wallet because they will try to steal it straight out of your pocket!

My name is Kevin ,Manager of Nails Care & Spa.I want to reply the Comment of ( Felecia Arthur).First of all You are not Ours Regular Client, our business open more than TEN YEARS.You come to US every 2 or 3 year couple time only ,when is yours Nails really bad and Horrible Shapes ,so we can FIX IT for you and you leave to 2 or 3 more YEARS.I Remember every time We ASK you to SOAKS OFF yours BEAUTIFUL OLD nails. You always Said MAYBE next time until you make up and story fight and GO.YOU even mentions you do it yourself.Well I hope you Can find your old place to do your nails or do it yourself.One You to come to our Salon to Fix for your Nails , and I hope God will forgive what you SAIDS.

I have always like going to this nail salon !! Out of all the salons here this one was best up until today . The owner Brenda who seems very uplifting and cheerful turns out to be very very rude. She did my fill in today on my natural nails .. As she was finishing appling the acrylics I noticed that my nails were thin and one had a slight crack so I asked her to correct it and when I did she proceeded to get loud with me telling me that I was wrong and she was right basically that my nail wasn't cracked She began getting loud so I did too and at that point I was furious to the point where I didn't even want to continue getting my nails or feet done. My point is you can't tell and talk to your customers anyway that you want even if you are the owner. I felt as is my nails were wrong and ask for it to be fixed so I felt that that's exactly what should have been done .. As she did. But she was rolling her eyes and speaking under her breath The nail that's supposed to be fixed is now shorter than the rest of my natural nails due to her excessive filing while she was mad. I wish I could post pictures !!! I paid for this even though I don't feel as of I should have. I've worked in customer service myself and I could teach her a thing or two on how to speak to people. Fabulous place but she makes it ugly .. And after the fact she was talking telling the other people there that I was rude ha ! There is no need to ask me to not come back because when I got up to wash my hands I had already decided that I was not coming back Mrs. Brenda .. Thank you for your service but I won't be back !!

Three different people worked on my nails. It took forever just to get a fill. One lady cut 5 of my fingers with the drill and left them bleeding and then decided to let someone else work on my nails and then the next girl did two nails and then left and then a Gilby came and did a half of a job on the rest of my nails. I don't recommend this place at all.

I thought he was great with my nails. Did a wonderful job. I'm going take my granddaughter there for her birthday, not rushed at all and treated me great, I like them lot better than the other places here in Toccoa!! Bravo.

Just got off the phone with these disrespectful people, 1 I got my nails done and they was thin and not shape right, 2 they all pop off less then a week and they going say that I have to pay 3$ for each nail.. I will never go here again bad thing I'm not from here and they are so rude never again I don't care if they was the last nail shop on earth!

I went to get my nails done for a wedding. I am not from Toccoa. My nails looked good initially until I started to examine them. I asked for a gel french manicure. The manicurist filed my nails into an awkward shape, the nail polish did not cover my whole nail, and the manicure only lasted about 5 days. I have have had way better manicures and gel usually stays on my nails for at least 2 weeks, if not longer. I do not recommend this nail salon.
