Long story short, I had a condo owner cancel on me at the last minute so I went through Beech Mtn. Chalet to find another. Due to hurricane Harvey, "we" had to cancel three days before check-in. Their contract said if they can't re-rent the condo they can keep all moneys, no refund. Contractually they could've kept our $420, but they found it in their hearts to refund us the money less the cancellation fee. Which was fine.

Beech Mountain is a great place. Lots of fun in the winter on the ski slopes and in the summer white water rafting and playing golf. We found this great place through Beech Mountain Chalet Rentals. The people at the agency were helpful in booking our stay and as well as any questions we had during our stay. We are looking forward to our next trip to Beech!

Wow all I can say is wow!! What an amazing vacation. We have been under a lot of stress due to family issues and decided to get away. From the day I called to the day we got home it was a wonderful experience. I first spoke with Holly who worked with me to find the perfect place, even though I was on the phone for 40 mins she never lost patience with me. I spoke with Diana and also with Tracy, really nice ladies, Tracy with over with me the lay out of the house because going to a place I wanted to have some idea of what we were going into.
The check in was easy and the directions to the house was exact and easy to follow. We had such a wonderful time and the house was exactly what was described to me. We will be back every year.
I have travel all over the world and Beech Mountain has been by the far my favorite place.response / report this review -

We have been going to Beech Mountain for ski vacations since the early 90's and only renting from them. The management team is outstanding and very responsive to any needs. Mostly stayed in SL-14 and enjoy every minute whether on the slopes or in the barrel tub. The unit is always well maintained and the deck is fabulous. Definitely a million dollar view! Looking forward to next year!

Would suggest you hire an attorney and seek damages from the people who are using Google to damage your reputation. The courts are awarding multi million dollar awards for cases just like this one. I will be happy to contribute to the legal fees. I personally know what a great business you run and have always been pleased with staying in properties you manage for over twenty years!

This was by far the best place I have stayed at on Beech Mountain. Perfect location and view everything was good and clean. Summer time is the best on Beech Mountain!! I would suggest using this rental company to anyone wanting a great clean place to stay while they are vacationing on beautiful, cool Beech Mountain.

Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! Would not recommend ever!! The photos they use on the website are at least 10 years old. The house we rented was completely run down. There was plywood covering a broken window they never had fixed, duct tape holding together a toilet seat and both couches were broken just to name a few problems. The rental property was always very rude on the phone and never knew the answers to our questions nor did they try to find out the answer. When my friend called about a problem he was cursed out by the staff!! If I ever go back to Beech Mountain I would never use this company!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE OR HAVE YOUR PROPERTY MANAGED BY THESE PEOPLE. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and downright shady to do business with. Cabin I stayed in was dirty, unkempt, almost uninhabitable, appliances didn't work, windows were busted out, toilets were held together with duct tape, i can go on. Because i didn't spend the first 2 hours of my vacation on the phone with the rental company walking through everything that was broken and destroyed in the cabin from past tenants, they kept by $500 security deposit and blamed these issues on me and said i was "Irresponsible for not calling them and letting them know about all the pre existing issues. These people shouldn't be in any sort of hospitality business period.

The whole time we were staying in the cabin we felt as though the structure was going to collapse on us. It was a little windy a couple of the nights and we could feel the house moving. It advertises a hot tub, but it was broken the first day we were there. The upstairs toilet and sink did not work. The toilet seat on the bottom bathroom fell off after one use. The flooring on the first floor would move. The couch was broken. Most pieces of furniture were at a tilt as the house is not level.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a rental company hands down. I travel the world and this is the most unprofessional, shady bunch of folks you could ever deal with. The properties are in disrepair. All the photos you see of the properties online are over 10 years old. Me personally, i stayed in a property with a broken in half couch, duct tape repaired toilet seats, broken kitchen appliances, blood stains on the mattress, a broken out window in the living room, the list goes on. I also did not get my security deposit back after check out because they said that I had caused some of this damage even though there was not a pre or post stay inspection and they did not specify in the agreement it was my responsibility to inform them of the extensive damage and disrepair to the premises. VERY SHADY and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Although the staff was polite, we had problems with our rental unit that weren't fixed and they said no refund could be issued. You don't spend $400 a night to not have working appliancesthat's why you get a Cabin versus hotel room so you can make and enjoy family meals. Go with someone else if possible. They also say free ski rentals for military.but guess what, not during certain weeks. Again, everyone was polite but did nothing to fix their misprints or our lodging issues
