Beau Monde Guitars is one of the best places to either buy, rent, repair, or learn an instrument. The people there are friendly and create a nice atmosphere in their store. The music teachers do a great job of accommodating the needs and difficulty of learning a new instrument. Overall it’s a great business.

Love Beau Monde guitars! In an age of national big box and online music stores, the boutique shop is a breath of fresh air! My kids take bass and guitar lessons, and the teachers are experienced and great with my kids. Highly recommended for anyone in the Rockland and Bergen county area!

My son loves going to Beau Monde Guitar. He takes guitar lessons with Mary and thinks the world of her. Lou and his team are also incredibly flexible accommodating schedules. We love it here!

Okay I rarely write reviews outside of outstanding service or very poor service. Unfortunately I got the second at Beau Monde. I brought in an amplifier for service on 12/11. After not hearing from them for a week I checked in and was told it was on the bench and the tech would get back to me. Another week went by nothing. Then another week and still nothing. Now that is already 3 weeks. On 1/3 I call and again the kid on the phone tells me its on the bench and they will get back to me. I tell him you said that 2 weeks ago after already having it for a week. Then he has the nerve to say well you know we have other work to do too. Like seriously???!!! Who tells a customer that. To me having it 3 weeks and never even looking at it is inexcusable. I told them please don't touch it and I will pick it up and bring it elsewhere. In the end I took it to Fuchs Audio who had it done in ONE DAY!!!!!

I gave them one star which is being generous. I wrote this to give people looking for service a heads up on this place so they would not have to relive my experience.
