I got a cracked screen repair on one of my devices. The work was done well but my phone number was entered wrong in their system so I never got a call on my other device saying my phone was ready.
My device was a Samsung Android device so my screen cracked again weeks later. There was no warranty for my repair.
This place DOES NOT offer a lifetime warranty on a cracked screen repair. It offers a lifetime warranty on the "repair work" whatever that nonsense means.

I trust CPR Cell Phone Repair West Ashley with my laptop. They diagnosed a need for battery replacement, ordered the battery and replaced it all in less than 3 days. In that time, I got to hold on to my computer so I could continue working. I've used them in the past for hard drive replacement. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. 5-star Job!!

Needed the cracked screen on my phone replaced. CPR Phone Repair gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appointment. I dropped off the phone, they gave me a time to repair estimate. I returned at that time and picked up the phone. It has been working great. Overall experience was excellent. Very professional operation.

Good quick service, however I had the back glass on my LG V60 replaced and now my camera's can't focus due to smudging on the inside of the glass that I now can't reach.
