  It's an average living space. Beaty is prone to infrastructural problems, e.g. elevator and plumbing problems as it is quite old. Additionally, the electronic access chips to the building are extremely faulty. The game rooms are a bit run down. I do, however, enjoy the pod market (despite over-pricing). The room size and location to other places is fine.

  I lived in the building one year it was the best dorm in uf ,and the services very good , even though i was lucky my rommates were great and we had great time living in that place,

  I really like that we get a kitchen and bathroom for our dorm room. It makes things convenient having those. The only issue is that the bedrooms are really small.

  Functional, apartment-style dorms. Buildings looks like soviet era bunks, but the insides aren't so bad. Plenty of laundry machines so lines aren't a problem. Social atmosphere. Two elevators so floors are accessible. Four stars.
