Staff lack honesty, professionalism, and basic communication skills. Neighboring bookstores and even the UGA bookstore were better experiences, be it the first week of school or not.

Have been buying and renting books here for 3.5 years now. Great customer service. They don't always have the book needed or the very best price but overall have come out way ahead in expenses and service. Small shop with friendly people. Those who complain about customer service have never worked in a college bookstore during first couple days of classes.

I still don't know why people shop at the uga bookstore. This place has the best prices, best employees (they find all of my books for me so I'm not searching around) and even give away free water and candy. Love this place.

I'd rather buy from the campus bookstore, at least the price includes good customer service. I had a book that had been ordered since Monday, I called on a Sunday asking if it had been delivered yet and the lady on the phone was quite rude. After this book comes in it'll be my last time renting or buying from here.
