The pro shop staff very friendly. Driving range faces early morning sun. The West course is a great mix of holes, fairways are excellent, greens are wonderful. Overall a fine course.

I'm not a golfer. Rating is on the clubhouse and meeting spaces. The clubhouse menu is now franchised from Smash Burger. Meh. I miss the club sandwich. Meeting Halls are nice and roomy. One is enclosed and air conditioned, other is open walled. Very friendly and attentive staff all around.

Good price. Just a little too congested. Tourneys on both tracks?! W regular play?! Wow. I'd say at least close one, open the other. Nice day and course in good shape though.

I have been playing Bear Creek for over 15 years. When Arcis took over the course and started clearing out over 700 trees, I was very upset . I felt it would take all of the character out of the course.

I must say, I am eating my words because this golf course is now much more playable and it is also in the best condition I have ever experienced over the years. The new sand traps on the West course are incredible! I hope they do the same for the East course.

Their greens keeper deserves a " Way To Go".

Very gorgeous golf course from what I saw. We went just to go to the driving range which is free to the public and fairly cheap $12 for 105 balls with cheaper prices for fewer balls. Had a blast

Took my 12 Year old to play 18 there with me. He had a blast and said the Hot Dog was "excellent! Played the East Course for the first time as the West had just gone through aerification of the greens. Found the East Course to be a bit tighter than the west. A giid Challenge for sure. Most bunkers I found to be in pretty good shape but they many had no rakes available. The fact that they were all well groomed I guess meant I was the first to find the bunkers. All in all I enjoy Bear Creek and will return frequently.

Great course layout in great shape, friendly employees. Course conditions were spot on, the fairways were in fantastic shape, the bunkers were freshly raked and plenty of sand. Slow greens for Texas conditions, but they were in county club condition. Range on a Friday morning was off the mats. Through the entire round, we paused conversation twice to wait for an airplane to pass by (was too loud to chat). Highly recommend.

Good course for the money. Most greens are nice but they have some slow ones. Good driving range. They pair you up into 4 and you are required to show up at least 5 min early or you lose your spot. Over all a good experience and will come back

This course is terrible. The new bunkers are good but it is played to death. At less than $30 with the golf now rates its about right. Other than that it's only worth it if you have a 7 hour layover and its sunny

Difficult but fun course. Fairways are narrow on the West course. Greens are OK.

Great course! Just as fun to play in the winter as summer. Staff is polite and professional. Tee times are organized well and Marshall does a great job of keeping things moving along.

I recently played the East course during the Quiktrip scramble tournament. The course was in absolutely phenomenal shape for late summer. The course didn't provide a ton of distance challenge for a 3 handicap player but I did take Iron off the tee box on 5 par 4's which is enlightening, I enjoyed the option of either trying to drive a green or laying up and playing the smart option. Number 8 is by far the hardest hole on the east. Par 4, 375 yards I believe, you either lay up and have a 180-200 yard shot in or try to carry the creek (deceptively long to carry) and have 85 or less yards in. Loved that hole as I hit a nice fade drive and left us 65 yards out. Overall I would have given the course 5 stars but at some points the air traffic gets annoying. I will be back often and bring others, I highly recommend this course

Very nice coarse. I really enjoyed the front 9. Hilly, woods and very nice beer cart staff!
