If your looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the place. Not only is it on the water, but they have a playground, for the little ones, picnic benches, a wonderful view of the lake & the Mackinac Bridge looks AMAZING at night. You can sit on the balcony, and feel the cool breeze. The very best part is that at night, when it gets chilly, and your fresh out of the water, there's a Starbucks just down the road, where you can earn up. It's just an awesome experience to be there & I hope to go there again soon. Very soon

Great little motel, close to downtown and beachfront views and access. Friendly service. Would advise to not leave any cash in the rooms. A good chunk went missing which was a downer.

Rm 117 is the best room in the place. Only thing to make it better would have been a coffee maker in the room. The picture is the sunrise over Mackinaw Island.

Adorable & RIGHT on the beach. SUPER friendly & helpful management that is always on site, unlike lots of the other beachside motels in the area. I should've taken a pic from the beach because this is definitely the NICEST of the motels there. There's even a little breakfast you can grab in the morning. It is just cold cereal, bagels, english muffins, coffee, and two kinds of juice, but I've NEVER stayed in a MOTEL that offered any breakfast before!! They even offer discount ferry tickets at the front desk and hand you a packet of coupons at check-in. This place really can't be beat!

Clean rooms with comfy beds and very nice owners. Paid the extra money for a room facing the lake with a balcony so worth it! Our kids like the little slides and the swings outside. Good view of Mackinac Island and the boats going back and forth. Only suggestion for improvement is the breakfast. This was our 3rd time staying there and we will be back!

Great old school hotel. It hasn't been updated for a while, but it's clean. Our room was right on the beach and huge. The breakfast is a couple of bagels and juice. The location is on the corner and a bit from downtown. We liked this because it was quiet. Great value.

They were priced way below other places. Our second time here. Is an older motel that has been updated, not fancy, but super clean and very comfortable beds. On the water. If you don't want to pay many more dollars just to sleep, this is the place.
