The stairs to our room very straight and narrow so hard to carry luggage up. Bedding on hide abed was not fresh. Breakfast in morning was good, would of liked if served earlier than 8:30.

We have been visiting here for 25 years each summer. This family owned B&B is the best you will ever find. It's is quaint, friendly and like home .

We had a great vist at Haan's 1830 Inn. The rooms were clean and well kept up for being such an old establishment. The hotel is located close to downtown and within walking distance of several sightseeing locations on the island. The rooms have AC which is a plus for a Mackniac Island hotel. Also, Nick, the owner, is extremely helpful and friendly. I have stayed at several B&B.s. on the island and Haan's is my favorite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I knew who was thinking of staying the night on Mackinac Island.

Rooms were awesome, permitting both social fun and intimacy in a cozy setting. Breakfast was amazing: a combo of homemade treats and more standard fare for the more picky guests. Hosts were funny and inviting.

Had an amazing experience! Great rooms for a great price, just far enough out of town for some piece and quiet, while still being close enough to enjoy a walk to all the fantastic sites. We'll definitely be staying there again!!

Just back from Mackinac island. It's a beautiful experience. Was made memorable by the hosts at the Haan's inn. They are very accommodating and kind. Cass room was spacious. Our girls loved the tub. Breakfast was delicious. They also have tons of games, puzzles and books to keep you entertained if you run out of things to do.
