    The owners/managers deserve to be out of a job to go bankrupt. They don't respond to one bad review. It's annoying to see how crappy they are at their jobs. Over 1,000 bad reviews on Yelp, Google, and Facebook and they can't manage to reply to any of the or fix the food and service issues. Congrats on total failure guys. Any simpleton off the streets could figure out how to listen to customers and adapt.

    Place was great. First time here.

    They were part of hosting a big car event. Got sat quickly. Appetizer came quickly and was delicious!!!

    Food was awesome too. Definitely can't wait to come back!

    My husband and I decided to give this place a try one evening. The parking lot was full due to some event they were hosting so we had to park quite a distance. During our long walk to the restaurant, we noticed it had begun to rain. By the time we reached the entrance, the few droplets we experienced had turned into a light shower. We made our way to the hostess stand only to be ignored for several minutes. Finally, someone offers to seat us. She then directs us to a table OUTSIDE. We stare at her blankly and say she cannot be serious as it's raining. She acts all annoyed and says that she didn't think we'd be interested in a table indoors because of the live music being so loud and the tables had umbrellas. Yeah, no thanks. Finally, we're directed to an indoor table and given menus. We're told someone will be by shortly to take our drink order. We glance through the menu, deciding on drinks. After we've made our selections we sit back and wait. And wait. We agree it might be a busier night for them than what it appears so we decide to select our dinner choices as well to make it easier for the waiter/waitress when they arrive to take our order. We do this and sit back and converse for a few minutes. 15 MINUTES go by and not a single person has come by to check on us let alone take our order. Finally, we got up and left. Completely unacceptable and rude behavior. Evidently they don't feel like they need to provide good (or frankly any) service and don't need business. Based off of the other not so good reviews they've gotten in the last few months, it doesn't look like customers will continue to be a problem for long. It's a great location, it's time for a better restaurant to take over. Until that day comes, we'll stay far away.

    If you like to be on the waterfront, this is a great restaurant. They have a pretty large outdoor patio. Half of the patio has covered seating. They have a good variety of choices on the menu and prices are reasonable. They have great prices for draft beer!

    The service was efficient, but not friendly. The food came in a timely manner, and was quite good.Everything there is efficient, but there is no personality or kindness...it's like everyone is a robot. I did not see one smile from any of the staff members, and this was our second visit. The mustard and ketchup on the table was empty, a big pet peeve of mine, so we had to wait to get the waitress to bring others. the atmosphere on the lake is wonderful, and the food is good, so if you don't mind robots waiting on you then by all means go there.

    Happy hour visit....apps, drinks and half of wine. Beautiful patio/ Lake view and nachos were pretty good. Only complaint is absolutely no music outside. It would really help to play some tropical/ Beach mucic to relax and unwind

    First actual sentence out of our waitress mouth was "I hope y'all are tipping me good because I just finished cashing out my tables". Then after taking the drink order and apps. She came back with 3 drinks that were all wrong and started to take everyone's menus away rudely stating sorry guys only bar food for all you tonight. We asked for a manager and after waiting 15 minutes we started to walk out and someone came out screaming across the parking you have a $180 tab. We were there with a party of 7 I personally have lived on this lake for 6 years. I was so embarrassed that such a nice lake and spot for a great restaurant has this type of customer service. I suggest to everyone go to lake view on the other side of the lake. Or uptown literally a mile away. Horrible!!

    Better service and quality at chain restaurants for half the price, look elsewhere for a quality dining experience. Extremely slow service, wait staff was unfamiliar with the menu. Did not get drink refills. Medium rare steak was delivered well done with no pink at all. One guest was delivered wrong entree after it took over an hour to receive meals. By the time the guests entree was corrected to a salad the rest of the party was finished and leaving.

    The view is the only good thing. That's what the one star is for.
    Slow service, horrible food, inadequate staff, their kitchen was backed up so they weren't seating anyone for 45 minutes.

    Service here was just terrible. Upon arrival the table was dirty. The dining room floors were terribly dirty. The cooks had no idea what belong on the chicken tacos and quiet frankly I don't believe the server did either. The cooks forgot the rice and the pickled onions. Once it was brought to there attention the sever brought out the hardest fried rice imaginable and fried onions, which neither were suppose to come with the food. After being so fed up with having to send the server back and forth to the kitchen a manager came over and that made the least bit of a difference. He showed no empathy I don't believe he ever apologized. He never came back over to the table to explain what was going on what the next course of action was. If I wanted the food remade or did I want something else. The worst service I had in a very long time. I would never try this place again especially on a Sunday.

    Place used to be great, pizza was amazing. A year or two ago things changed and it has been going down hill ever since. Pizza is still good but they changed their dough so it's not as great as I remember. Service is slow. One time we were seated and then waited 20 minutes before the waitress came to take our drink order. Another time we waited almost 20 minutes for them to come get my credit card to run the check.
