Nice reasonable place until January then it gets a little pricey like the rest of the places down here. Great staff comfy beds enjoyed our stay very much

I enjoyed my stay here. The accommodations we're pretty okay. It could probably use a renovation and some repairs to some of the interiors. Mainly small things like a missing window blind openy closey thing and small stuff like that. The bed I was in was super comfy and overall it was a very calm, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. It's just across the street from the beach and the canal out back is perfect to just sit around and stare at. The staff was super great as well. They were very helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet but across from the beach and in the hotel zone. Small hotel with a pool in front and marina in back. All rooms have mini kitchens and there are grills outside available for guests use. My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant experience and the rates are reasonable!

Loved it! The ladies at the desk where so sweet and accommodating which I appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable and had a small kitchenette that was stock with all the utensils and plates and pots and pans that we're needed if you wanted to cook in your room. The pool was well maintained and clean. I will definitely be returning for our families next vacation and I will be recommending Bayside to everyone.

The staff here is wonderful. The hotel itself is adorable and feels like old Florida. It's in an awesome location with the beach across the street and a canal behind. Definitely not luxurious, but awesome for the price and comfortable besides.

Great!! Right across the street from the beach, price was very reasonable. More expensive on Friday & Saturday but that's to be expected. Room was clean, all staffing was very nice & helpful!! In walking distance of many restaurants & stores, about a 12 minute walk from John's Pass. Overall had a very pleasant stay!

The room of our 2 night stay was well, our King size bed was so comfortable & the room had everything you'd need (little fridge, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, & even pots/pans for your mini stove top) the only downfall of our room was the floors, very dirty like it hasn't been mopped in awhile otherwise room experience for me was great. Parking is a little tight & outside isn't appealing to the eye but I WOULD overall stay here again.

The room was very clean and nicer than I expected and had all of the tools for long term visit. Included in the room was a microwave, cooktop with 2 burner's, fridge, toaster, hair dryer, cooking utensils, pots, pans, flatware, plates, bowls, cups, dish drainer and even dish soap. Attached to the back of the hotel is a large deck with BBQ grills, picnic tables and boat docks. There is another large deck on the second story out front overlooking a well kept pool. Coin operated laundry is also available on the hotel property. Although this hotel is not on the beach, it has quick easy access just across the street and is within walking distance to many restraunts and shops. I will definitely be visiting there again!
