Staff was great. Daily Breakfast early mornings. Prices were fare. Cable and Internet included. Pool and Hot Tub on site.

It's very dirty and gross. Found 2 dead bugs in my room, multiple stains on ceiling, stained mattress, no outlets by bed to plug in phone. Dirty walls, dirty mirrors. Just overall gross. Will not stay here again. Thought for over $100 we would get a decent clean room.

The key cards didn't work at check in and when we left room for breakfast. Peeling wallpaper .Stains on carpet .No convenient plugins for phone. Nite stands looked like they hadn't been cleaned behind in a year.There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. It was cheap to stay there and you get free breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was quiet.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Electrical outlets are lacking. Only one available for refrigerator, microwave, & coffee maker. None were plugged in.

Booked through expedia, so check in was fast. Got to our room to find that it smelled heavily of womens perfume, and a soiled bed. Spoke with the front desk, and was given a different room. The only real complaint that we had, was that the water pressure in the shower was very low, and that the toilet constantly ran. Other than that, the building is dated, but for the price, I cant complain.

Older place. Really nice with indoor pool and hot tub. It has a private outdoor patio off the pool area. Gigantic lobby and eating area.

If purchasing a room online, don't be fooled by the photos. This place is a dump. Old and in need of renovation. Brown film floating in whirlpool in swimming area. The only thing worth mentioning is the beds are comfortable despite the tiny room they cram them in.

Really nice hotel with a good size pool and hot tub, although the hot tub doesn't have any jets it's still really nice. The room fit our needs and also had a small balcony, with the right chairs and small table it would be really nice but they only have the old chairs from their last remodel.

Sitting here in this dump right now wishing I would have looked around before checking in. Unfortunately, we dropped off our bags in the room in a hurry and then went out for dinner and shopping. When we returned a few hours later we started to notice more and more problems with this hotel; including but not limited to --- dirty disgusting room, disgusting pool area, holes in wall everywhere, dirty carpets, musky smells in the hotel room and hallways --- the list goes on and on.
I said unfortunately we didn't notice how crappy the hotel was earlier because the general manager refused to give us a refund since we already checked in a few hours prior to our complaints. Sorry if I didn't think I needed to inspect the hotel when I checked in, it wasn't a $29 roach motel so it didn't occur to us that it was actually a $109 roach motel.
I'm going to post some example pictures that illustrate the grossness of this hotel. I'm trying hard now to enjoy myself despite the terrible service so I only took a handful of pictures.
My ultimate goal is to deter anyone else from making the mistake of choosing this hotel, even if you have to drive another 15 minutes, just do it, the experience will be much better and your trip won't feel ruinedresponse / report this review -

Very quiet place. Nice pool and got tub. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean. Son absolutely loved it, didn't want to leave.

Under renovation. Half-assed, slapped together appearance. Plumbing in my first room non-functional, second room smelled musty and shower just drizzled water. Do not recommend.

Hotel was being renovated, I had a room that needed a lot of work. Rub wouldn't drain, some room equipment was from another room. Pool was not maintained /cleaned, and had to notify front desk twice for pool towels
