Hot tub hasn't worked in a long time, pool tabled doesn't have pool balls. I stay here weekly for work. Many days I wish the jets on the hot tub worked. No amount of complaints help in getting them fixed.
My room is spacious and inviting. It has pretty much everything you could need. Even an in room safe. The staff is great. The breakfast is awesome with choices. Gonna check out the hot tub now I like the convience to shopping eating and work. There is even a park so my dog can have a run, less then 3 blocks walk. It has a playground for kids and pond for fishing. The bus depot is across the street, and ample public parking. Laundry being on upper floor is a pain for me because of acrophobia But all in all i recommend the baymont. I have stayed 4 times now, I'll be back again soon. I am sure.
Very friendly and accommodating. Some rooms are pet friendly and when we brought our dog they had a gift for him. Have NEVER had her treated as nicely.
Great location and the hotel was nicer than I was expecting. We stayed overnight because i70 was closed and were very pleased with the accommodations. Also appreciated the free breakfast and WiFi.
Excellent rooms; very clean, good size, comfortable beds, and furnishings. Great location just off interstate, and walk to stores. Very good free breakfast & food selection. Outstanding pool & hot tub, and moderate sizes game room. Plus, a very good Vietnamese restaurant and bar on property.
This hotel is convenient to get to, walking distance to a variety of things like food, gas, bike rentals, the bus stop, etc. The hotel itself is fine. It's comfortable enough and has the same "free" breakfast you find at lots of hotels. The staff was friendly but I wouldn't say they went out of their way to be helpful, either. Overall it's a good place to stay if you need a comfortable place to crash for a day or two while you're enjoying the beautiful town and nearby areas.
Nice place to spend an anniversary get away! Breakfast was awesome! The heater in our room was broken though. The second night clerk was super friendly and loaned us the space heater from the front desk instead of having us move. We got there rather late and had already unpacked when we realized the heater was making things colder. He also gave us an extended check out time.
The house cleaning lady kept coming and opening our door though. 😬 The first desk clerk we met was a jerk. His excuse was he was in a lot of pain and really busy. So I deal with chronic pain every day. A sprained ankle or knee is no reason to be rude to someone on the phone. Other than that and the heat issue, it was a nice place for a decent price. I'd go back.
Hotel was nice, just a bit outdated. Water pressure was good but did not stay at a steady temperature. Switched back and forth from cold to warm.
Perfect spot for an overnight trip.to.summit. the breakfast was a nice touch. We had to move rooms as our first rooms AC was out.
Easy to find, affordable hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus. Incredible views of the mountains everywhere you look, though not all of the hotel rooms have nice views. Our room was large, with a king bed, fridge, microwave, decent sized TV, and full dining/sitting area. The elevator is a little sketchy, and the hotel overall could use an update, but the friendly staff and delicious continental breakfast certainly make up for it. We have stayed here twice, and both times very much enjoyed it.
Good price the place needs updating but you get what you pay for.
If you need a room that's what you get don't expect much more.
Front desk service was good.
The location of this hotel is great - right off the highway and near a ton of major Colorado ski resorts. Because of the location and size, the carpet and other parts of the building are well worn. When we checked in, the front desk person was clearly overwhelmed. Friendly service was not the first experience I had, but during other encounters with this same staff he was lovely and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. On a major snow weekend in ski season it was somewhat loud before 11 pm, but I bring ear plugs with me when I travel for stuff like that. The showers have the kind of curtains that leak some, but it's manageable. Overall, if you're looking for a good location and an affordable place to crash in between your outdoor times, this place will do just fine.
