  It was a clean, adorable room with a king sized bed, gas fireplace, and jacuzzi tub. I'm giving it 4 stars because it was missing some basic things in the room like a chair and maybe a desk, an alarm clock, and a coffee maker. The staff was friendly but the office closes at 5, so if you arrive later they call you with a code to get into your room. It was affordable.

  I have to say me and my fiance had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful,nice and clean! The staff was also very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. We also look foward to coming back !

  Had a weekend reservation for cabin 201. Paid deposit and was told the balance could be paid by card on morning we would arrive and code to cabin would be given to me. Balance was taken by card 2 days early. Called day before arrival and was told of this. Ask for cabin code and was told I would receive a call on arrival day. Never got call and just made it to office before 5:00. If not by 5:00 would not have had a place to stay. Hot tub only worked one day! Also on Saturday had other couples arriving with no code to their rooms and deposit already paid with no email confirmation as they were told they would receive. A very poor way to run a business! Felt I deserved a refund for faulty hot tub but no one in office morning we checked out. Last stay for us at Nestlé Creek!

  We had a wonderful time while staying this weekend at Joshua. The atmosphere was extremely nice, and cozy. The brook running behind the cabin, was a soothing, and pleasant experience. The entire weekend was extremely relaxing, and we can not wait to come back to Gatlinburg. We plan to rent Joshua or another one of your cabins when we return. Thank you for the wonderful surprise! You all were wonderful, caring people and I can't say enough about what a blessing we had speaking with you and staying with you all.
