  My mother in law ordered a ice cream pie for my husband’s birthday - one of their standard signature pies. They told her they had never heard of it before. Then they said “okay,” and looked it up and found it in their data base and said that they could make it. When she asked them to write on it they said “we don’t do that.” So my mother in law arrived at 11 AM to pick it up. They were closed until noon. Their information was inconsistent. So when she arrived to pick it up, they told her they hadn’t even made the pie because they didn’t have pie crust… it is the week of Thanksgiving, and they don’t have pie crust, okay, I get that. The called the Orem store and they didn’t have pie crust either… but the real problem was, they never called my mother in law back to inform her of the incomplete order, nor did they offer replacement options, apologize, or try and offer any compensatory solution. So she just grabbed a standard ice cream cake from the freezer. Overall, their customer service is subpar in comparison to the brand/title they hold.

  I went to buy my daughter an ice cream for her birthday to take it to school when I pick her up and when I got there the doors were closed her information It says they open at 11 in the morning and it was 11:45 I waited a little longer and at 11 :50 an employee arrived who still at 12:06 pm had not opened the door. he saw me waiting at the door and still he didn't open the door so i got upset and left 😑

  Normally Baskin-Robbins serves us well. Today they did not! I ordered a cookies and cream fudgenut with some decorative items on it for my grandchildrens birthday day. Went down to pick it up and nothing for me! Not even a fudgenut in that flavor available. I ordered it on Friday for a Monday pick up. Not happy this time.

  My kids love to come here, but it is a bit pricey. We love how many choices there are, and I love that each flavor has an allergen label. You can ask for samples to taste the different flavors. And in the 31st of each month, scoops of ice cream are 31% off.
  
  There is indoor and outdoor seating available. There is outdoor seating in the front (by the road) and back (in the parking lot) of the store.

  The ice cream tastes fine - I just think that BYU Creamery has better options.
